Conveniently located on the ground floor, it offers easy access to all that the High Country has to offer and is within walking distance of many area restaurants, bars, and shops. The condo is also just steps away from the Long Recreation Path, the popular Tiki Bar, a large playground, and the newly renovated amphitheater at the Dillon Marina. A free shuttle bus stop nearby will take you to many Summit County destinations, including Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain resorts.

The condo features a fully stocked kitchen, a breakfast bar with three stools, and a dining table that seats four.
