This ground floor condo sleeps 4 and opens to a patio with seating for 4 with provided gas grill and a large park setting directly on Lake Dillon with views of the 10 Mile Range and Keystone Resort. The master bedroom hosts a king-sized bed and attached full bath. A unique, full-length wood wall with sliding barn doors provides a second private sleeping quarters with a twin bed and trundle. Relax in the cozy reading nook! (Note: no hall between the king bedroom and 2nd private sleeping area - SEE PHOTOS! The original very large one bedroom was remodeled to provide guests with 2 rooms for sleeping.) A queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room can also accommodate 2 guests. The wood-burning stove and 4-6 person dining make this unit cozy, and the large picture windows with slider provide views that may just take your breath away!! No stairs or elevator required for the best views on Lake Dillon with easy access to Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin, Copper Mountain, Vail, Frisco and Silverthorne. A Winter Dream!

Beautiful Little Condo

The interior was absolutely fantastic for a couple or a small intimate group. Really gorgeous inside. Pretty decent location, easy to drive to bus stop or over to Frisco. Check-in was a bit of a hassle. Make sure to get info ahead of time if you are arriving after 5pm.

Amazing Owners in an Amazing Condo

My family has been staying in Dillon for years and this year we rented this amazing Condo! The owners were so attentive and easy to communicate with; we got snowed in and weā€™re able to rent another night because our flights got cancelled. The condo itself was beautiful, fit all 6 of us perfectly and had everything we needed. Couldnā€™t have asked for a better place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very fast to communicate and extremely helpful. The VRBO has a large common area the kitchen is well-stocked. One thing to note is that the second bedroom is right off the master so there isn't a ton of privacy between the two. Fine for us with our toddler, though!

Although the bedrooms are next to each other (originally one large bedroom remodeled to create two), the 2nd bedroom is perfect for those staying with children or teenagers who would like to have that closeness, and also can provide an extra sleeping area for others, as it has a sliding barn door that separates the rooms and provides privacy. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for those who may prefer more distance or privacy when sleeping. We hope youā€™re family enjoyed Dillon and the surrounding area!

Comfortable & quiet with beautiful view

We stayed for two weeks in January so we could go skiing. This place is 12 minutes from Keystone and very close to shopping and restaurants. Parking was never a problem, and it was nice to park on the same level as the unit. We cooked for ourselves for almost every meal and the kitchen had everything we needed. We hope to stay here again next year.

We loved everything about this condo. Location, cleanliness, and very homey. Kitchen was stocked with every cooking utensil you could think of. Having two bathrooms was a nice feature too. We sat on the patio every day and walked along the trail right outside. It was nice to have several restaurants in walking distance. And the view!!! Amazing

Fabulous Views!

2nd time renting this unit. Comfy, nicely decorated. A few too many "things" in the unit. Storage of travel clothes and ski items a small issue. Views of lake dillon and the setting sun incredible. Very close to grocery stores, movie theatre, etc.

It is our hope that the accommodations work for all of our guests, including what is provided for storage (chest of drawers, large armoire with drawers and hanging space, bench, wall hooks, etc.), but realize that space inside the unit dictates that and also length of stay and individual needs. The storage room near the unit is a great place for keeping ski equipment during your stay. The central location and close proximity to amenities is a definite plus. Lake Dillon Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Lake Dillon property. We arrived late and I did not notify the property manager. This created a difficulty in checking in, but it was my fault. The owner helped with the situation, and we were able to check in without a problem. The lodging was clean and exactly as advertised and just what we were hoping for. Being there in the winter we could see the frozen lake and the mountains. It was beautiful! I am certain the view in the summer would be just as fantastic. I will plan to stay here next time I travel to Dillon, CO.

Great Weekend Getaway!

The condo was very clean and decorated great! The set up is a little odd when you walk into the bedrooms to get to the kitchen and living room, but it was comfy. We had just a few things we wished there was information on just to help out. There were no instructions on the fireplace, coffee machine, master T.V. and to where the trash was outside. We think maybe the coffee machine was broken as we have one close to the same. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds Iā€™ve ever slept on. The views were incredible too! Overall it was a great place to stay!

Inaccurate description of bedrooms. One BR, which was a mudroom that had no solid walls between master br. Guests had to walk through master br to get to their bathroom. Blankets, bedspreads were not freshly washed. Pillows flat and hard. Lots of dust on surfaces, under master bath vanity, on pictures, frig, etc. very bulky furniture in cramped space. We four friends were disappointed in the space. Website description states sleeps 4 (it does) but does NOT have 3 bedrooms! Wouldn't stay there again. Lots of noise from construction next door(unavoidable)

With all due respect, the description in our listing is spot on, as well as the photos that show every room/space in the unit. Nowhere does the listing state it offers 3 bedrooms. It has always been listed as a 2 bed/2 bath with a unique wall that separates and creates 2 bedrooms.This IS a solid wall and provides privacy. The photos show that very thing and you can see that there is NOT a hall between, and the 2nd bedroom is in no way, shape or form a mudroom. It is quite obvious that you became a disgruntled guest from the start when you arrived and thought you had booked a 3 bedroom unit, and from then on you did everything you could to look for issues. Itā€™s unfortunate that you didnā€™t pay more attention to the size/space you were renting before booking! We have had MANY happy, satisfied guests over the last 9 years, as shown in our reviews on several rental platforms. Cleanliness has not been an issue and weā€™ve never, not once, had a guest complain about the furnishings or any bedding having a foul odor. Once again, the photos show the exact space, furniture, decor, etc. Did you not look at what you were booking?!! Our housekeepers have always done a wonderful job, but just as no one is, they are not perfect. Our property management company is just a phone call away if a guest finds something is not up to standard or they need something such as linens, towels, pillows, etc. We would suggest that when you rent in the future, you utilize their services if you see a need.

We are brother and sister and feel so fortunate to be able to co-own this condo in spectacular Summit County, and we love being able to offer it as a rental. We hope others love it as much as our families do! We've been traveling to Summit County for over 25 years and have always loved this great location close to all the fun resort towns, as well as Dillon itself. There are so many exciting things to see and do!!

Why they chose this property

Our parents stayed at Lake Dillon Condos for decades, and we thoroughly enjoyed staying with them when we had the chance. We felt drawn to purchase a condo in their favorite complex in their memories in 2015. We love visiting in the summer to hike and mountain bike, as well as visit the surrounding towns of Dillon, Frisco, Breck, Keystone, Silverthorne and Vail. It's always a great time checking out the shops, restaurants, concerts, etc.! And who wouldn't love the AMAZING scenery. The mountains were calling, so we came!!!
