You won’t want to leave…

*Note: this is a top unit of a duplex with a a shared backyard. That doesn't mean anyone is or isn’t occupying the other unit but this is the top unit with ground floor coded gate access to the big backyard. This upper unit also has a private balcony attached.

Perfect home for our stay!

Modern and clean, this 2 Bdrm had everything we needed! It was walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go; brewery, dining, shopping, the beach! The mile-ish walk to Doheny beach was a perfect way to start the day and that view was bananas! Host was awesome and very easy to reach! We’d love to return!

Great place

Stayed while we were showing horses in San Juan Capistrano. Katie was super responsive to the few issues we had. The place is walking distance to lots of food, shopping and the wharf. Be prepared to bring staples if you plan to cook, otherwise the appliances and place is great!

Great Place

Great Decor, neighborhood, well stocked! My only NOTE… this is a 2family house with one 2bdrm apt upstairs and another 1bdrm downstairs. While it states a backyard the reality is that the downstairs apt has full access to the gorgeous yard— the upstairs doesnt have easy access at all. You have to go downstairs and around back to enter yard— which is basically the patio for the downstairs. So we did feel like we were intruding on their privacy—and the upstairs has a tiny balcony — thats the outdoor space. Still had a comfy stay!
