The Space:
This beautifully decorated townhome is set up to fulfill all your needs for a comfortable and convenient stay in Park City!
Guests will enter the townhome off the front porch, which overlooks a small yard and the surrounding, quiet community. Upon entering the home, take in the bright, updated space as you hang your coats on the large coat rack before making your way into the rest of the home.
The ground level of the townhome is set up out with an open-concept floor plan placing the kitchen, dining, and living room all together, creating a thoughtfully designed space for your group to enjoy. Guests will first come to the kitchen, a dazzling space with white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a large window above the kitchen sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to make morning pancakes or cook up a delicious dinner. You will find it all in this well-organized space.
Combined with the kitchen is the dining space, where you will find a beautiful wooden table with seating for 6. This space is flooded with natural lighting thanks to the sliding glass doors that will take you out to the patio. Just off the dining and kitchen area, a half bathroom is conveniently located for use in the common space and features a single-sink vanity with under-sink storage space and a toilet.
Connected to the kitchen/dining area is the living room, a bright space with great views thanks to the sliding glass doors leading out to the patio. The living room is set up with a large couch and three comfortable couch chairs, two of which include footrests for added comfort. Throughout the space, you will also find three side tables and two lamps, as well as one large coffee table. Your group will enjoy warming up by the electric fireplace or catching a movie on the 65” smart TV in this cozy space!
From the living room, head out to the private patio via the sliding glass doors and be greeted with beautiful views over the area. The patio includes four patio chairs for you to settle into as you take in the views looking out on the golf course and towards the mountains and the famous Park City hill sign.
On the second level of the townhome, you will find three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a washing and drying machine. As you come to the top of the stairs, you arrive at an open hallway where you will find the washing and drying machine located in a closet space on the left-hand side. At the end of the hallway located between the master bedroom and first bedroom is the shared bathroom, which features a single-sink vanity, a tiled shower/bathtub combo, and ample below-sink storage space.
To the left of the bathroom is the master bedroom. Enjoy a restful night of sleep on the king bed in this spacious room where you will find vaulted ceilings, a large walk-in closet, and a private terrace through a sliding glass door that provides lovely views over the golf course and backyard area. Enjoy the views while still resting in bed, watch a movie on the mounted 39” TV, or enjoy a good book with the conveniently located bedside lamps on the two nightstands. Adding to your comfort is the fully attached master bathroom boasting a modern design complete with a double-sink vanity and a large walk-in shower with a small built-in seat.
Directly across from the master bedroom you will find the first guest bedroom, which includes a queen bed, a bedside table and lamp, and sliding glass doors to a balcony that overlooks the front side of the townhome. This charming room has additional touches to make you feel right at home with vaulted ceilings, well-placed decor, and blackout curtains to ensure a restful night of sleep. Additionally, located in this room is a staircase leading up to a loft area, which has been set up as a third bedroom. In this third bedroom, you will find two twin beds, one bedside table with a lamp, a 32” TV, and two closets for guest use. The two rooms offer a great space for families or groups to share while still providing separation of sleeping areas.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home as well as two parking spots, one community space, and one space in the parking garage.
The Neighborhood:
This townhouse is the perfect gateway to experience mountain and city adventures in Park City. Located in the desirable neighborhood of Park Meadows, you will have easy access to Park City’s best spots, all while enjoying the calm away from the hustle and bustle. Trailheads are scattered around the perimeter of Park Meadows, such as the steep and challenging PC Hill and the beautiful Cove trailhead. The popular public fitness facility, PC Municipal Athletic and Recreation Center, offers access to tennis facilities, health and fitness classes, and in the summertime, two outdoor pools are open for public use. The facility also doubles as a popular venue during the Sundance Film Festival, which is held annually in January. The Main Street Historic District is a short 20-minute bus ride where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options. With Park City Mountain Resort base within two miles from the townhome, unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your vacation getaway are at your fingertips. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience.
Getting Around:
This townhome is conveniently located within a three-minute walk to the free shuttle line at the MARC Stop, which has shuttles running every 30-minutes. From here you are a short two miles from Park City Mountain Resort, bringing you to the best ski runs in Park City. Stay on the shuttle for a few extra stops and arrive at Park City Main Street, where you will find ski shops, boutiques, cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Other Things to Note:
This home is located on the 6th hole of Park Meadows Country Club golf course, which is a private golf course and can only be played on with a membership. In the summer months, guests are asked to not go out onto the course located behind the house at any time.
Please note, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C.
Parking Notes: Guests cannot park their vehicles in front of the garage door. They can be towed by the HOA at the guest's expense.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
