The Host was wonderful, always checkung to make sure we had everything we needed. We really wished the pool had been heated, but the itself was terrific. We would rent again if we returned to the area.

We stayed at this property for a girls reunion trip and let me just say this place was top tier. Lawrence is an exceptional host and checked in on us via message to see if we needed anything which I thought was so kind. House equals description. The walk to the beach is easy. Great view! Location is perfect. Kitchen could use a few more items; hot pads, microwavable bowls and lemon squeezer. We cleaned the pool of debris but it was not cleaned professionally during our stay.

Perfect Family Get-away

Our family of 9 stayed for a week on this property and it was very spacious. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of room to spread out. Everything including the pool was clean. It was exactly as described and then some. Our host was very responsive and positive. There were lots of beach/pool accessories and beach towels. Our only suggestion would be a few more serving bowls, another pitcher and maybe a couple sponges for the kitchen. You will not be disappointed with the property. Everything is exactly as described including the short walk to the beach. Thanks to our host for allowing us to stay!

Fantastic value and property

Everything that was stated in the listing and all of the reviews was completely accurate. It is a beautiful and clean home with plenty of indoor space! Nice size kitchen, living area and bedrooms. The sunroom has a beautiful view of the pool and the water. The pool was very clean and the backyard and dock were great to watch the pelicans diving and fishing! Actually a shorter walk than advertised to the clean and beautiful beach, playground that had a boardwalk through the mangroves, and a few great local fare restaurants, ice cream shop and stores. We would stay there again without even looking for alternatives…couldn’t have been more satisfied. Everyone loved it and our ages ranged from 6 months to 95 years!! It is a quiet neighborhood with a great police presence that really makes you feel safe to walk anywhere!5 star location for sure!!

- Convenience store with large selection of wine, beer, seltzers, sodas, snacks and grab-n-go foods.
- Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve (Scenic park with a boardwalk through a lush mangrove)
