Great Location!

Walking distance to many restaurants and bars, easy access to the beach, everything as advertised in the listing. There was an excellent selection of beach gear and the kitchen was well stocked.

Each bathroom had built in nightlights, each bedroom had a tv and a fan, the washer/dryer were very high end, the view was spectacular! I cannot recommend this unit enough! Most of the restaurants were literally across the street and they were very good!

The beach front location was perfect for our family that couldn’t make it down to the beach everyday as they could watch from above and still be part of the fun at the pool. All requests were handled very quickly (we needed a pack n play and they dropped one off in about 20 minutes). We would definitely rent this space again for groups around 10.

Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful home. Wonderful location with quite beach.We had an issue with the AC unit which was quickly resolved by the manager within an hour after contacting them. Great service would highly recommend!

Top Notch

This was our second stay at this listing. The place is very clean, bright, stocked, and I would say bigger than it looks in pictures. The hosts are fantastic with communication. We have rented many places in many different locations and this host runs the tightest ship. Much appreciated!

Amazing week!

My family and I spent a week at the house. It’s private and quiet! Our only “complaint” is that there aren’t enough pillows (one per person) and our kids woke up at the crack of dawn because the windows didn’t have curtains to block the sunlight. We even booked the same house for a week in 2024 already 🙃

Two Week Stay

We had a group of 8 and stayed for two weeks. The property manager had excellent communication and was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of (within minutes). The property is exactly as the pictures show - very spacious with enough room to spread out a bit, a storage closet next to the parking spot filled with beach gear, and very easy to get to the pool and beach. The pool and beach were never busy, and being in the front building kept us from seeing much of anyone else. We will absolutely be requesting this property again next year. After 8 years of vacationing in this area, this has by far been our family’s favorite!

Beautiful property right on the Beach!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this property! Incredible location right on the Beach! Rooms are very spacious and beautiful. Easily handled our group of 7 adults and 3 kids! Awesome supply of beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas available for guests use. We had a few minor issues that needed to be taken care of when we first checked in and Taylor, the property manager, was immediately responsive and helpful, and continued to be that way for anything we needed the whole week we were there! I would highly recommend this rental for an incredible stay in Indian Rocks Beach!!!

Great Location and Beautiful Views

We loved 78 On The Rocks! The views of the beach and the ocean are amazing from the main floor and the master bedroom. Master bedroom is huge. Pool is new and always warm. Kitchen is very well equipped. Lots of stuff for the beach in the storage locker. Soft white sand on the beach, see the sunset from the beach or the balconies. Close walk to stores and restaurants. Our family loved the whole 2 weeks and we are hoping to go back next winter.

Dream Week!

If I could give more stars, I would! Taylor, the property manager was super cooperative, friendly, and helpful. The house was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and fit our 4 families perfectly. When we weren't in the ocean, we were in the pool, which we most often had to ourselves. The little kids loved all the water toys in the storage closet. This week was everything I had hoped for our family vacation! Thank you!
