Welcome to the heart of the Florida Keys! Located in the very desirable Key Colony Beach, this ground level 2 Bedroom, 2 bath duplex boasts ease of access inside and out and is the perfect setting for a tropical vacay-get-away!

The other half of the duplex is in our inventory and is listed on our website as P16 (-- ID# - 2245638).

- Maximum Occupancy: 4 guests (includes all adults and children of any age)
(*children of any age, including infants, count toward occupancy)

- No day guests or visitors allowed above the advertised max. occupancy.

- Dockage: 40 ft. (*strict 1 boat max)

Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Relaxing Get Away For Two

Very comfortable and relaxing environment right on the canal plus a cool little pitch n putt golf course across the street. The house and amenities were all at or above our expectations. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful!

The house was exactly as pictured. Very clean and well stocked. We love Key Colony Beach, it is such a nice peaceful community. Excellent location on a canal with plenty of fish to catch! The Cabana club pool and beach is a great place to relax. Communication with the property manager was very easy. We would definitely stay again!
