Hi Eric, Every rental management company has fees. When you booked with us you agreed to those fees. If at anytime you were not pleased during your stay, you should have reached out to the Property Manager. We are unsure if you were "ghosted" since we are not in the business of "ghosting" our guests. If you had contacted our Property Manager over these issues they would have certainly tried to address any questions or concerns you may have had during your stay at anytime. Do note that you were staying in a condo on the lower level in the middle of the woods. Spiders and such are bound to happen. Again, if you had contacted the Property Manager, they would have certainly tried to address the issue for you. Obviously you were not satisfied with your stay and we do apologize for that.
