We enjoy the beach and we love to walk! If you do too you will be super happy staying at our 1 BR/1 BA condo in St Pete Beach.
The unit is first floor with a small backyard and direct access to the parking lot through the back gate. No stairs or elevators.
This gated community sits right on the intracoastal waterway & features a fishing dock, rec room with gym equipment, heated pool and outdoor grills.
Walk to the dock with your morning coffee and you'll likely see dolphins in your backyard!
The 590sqft condo offers a fully equipped kitchen and a nice open layout. The bed is king sized.
Note: The HOA does not allow guests to bring dogs. You may see owners in the community walking their dogs.
Note: All renters must provide the following information upon booking for us to submit to the HOA: Phone number, Email address, current address, name of each occupant and age, vehicle make/model/state/tag #. Please & Thank You!

Although we still have one foot in the DC area COVID has allowed my husband, Darryel, and me to spend more time in St. Pete than ever before. We are looking forward to calling it 'home' full-time in the near future.
I both retired from Delta Air Lines & earned my real estate license in Florida in December 2021. No grass growing under these feet!
Darryel and I are avid travelers. There’s nothing quite like the joy of exploring different countries and cultures.

We bought this property to have our "footprint at the beach." We enjoy coming here and spending time on the Gulf whether it's boating, walking on the beach or enjoying the Sunday morning market on Corey Ave.
The complex is well kept and this unit perfectly suited our needs. It's super helpful to have that tiny backyard and to be able to pull up right outside the gate - no stairs or elevators needed!
