Estos 2 unidades se pueden combinar en un baño bungalow de 2 dormitorios / 2. También se pueden alquilar de forma individual.

Perfect Respite

The property is AMAZING. The unit is immaculate, updated and provides everything one could ever want or need. The outdoor area is over the top. It's huge, lush and so peaceful. We could not believe our good fortune in finding this property.

Clean, comfortable, fun.

We stayed the month of January at the Beach Bungalow and couldn't have been happier. It was so clean, had everything we needed to cook when we wanted to, the backyard was wonderful for our dogs and for us. Also, the screened in porch was awesome. Chuck was great to work with. I would highly recommend this beautiful rental, in a great location.

Perfect family vacation place

My family from Europe and I loved staying in your bungalow. It is a lovely place and a perfect location. It is also well equipped for a perfect beach vacation. I will definitely recommend the place to all my friends and hope to come back in the future. Thank you also for being patient and answering all of our many questions.

Paradise Inn

It was our girls Birthday getaway and this hidden treasure resort was top of the icing! Thumbs up all the way to this perfect beach house! It was right next to beach, shops and restaurants! It was cute, clean and has everything you needed...towels, bathrobes, soaps etc...washer and dryer to even do your laundry! Love the awesome back yard with great view! The papaya trees were a plus and very yummy. Can't wait to go back to this paradise!

Sunny with the chance of a tan

Firstly, great location - 1 blk from the main drag, 1 1/2 blks to the beach....Recent renovations are well-done, especially the large, beautifully-tiled shower...Decor is very tasteful and of obvious quality....Kitchen is well-equipped with lots of cook- and flatware....Best part was the large fenced-in back patio with lots of privacy and plantings, including papaya (we ate 3 if them!), and hi-end patio furniture and grill...I could go on, but suffice it to say that you'll lack for nothing here....

A quaint, personal and retro retreat

Our family (including extended) decided to get away for the 4th of July weekend. We stayed in different locations and my family and I definitely found the treasure of motels! We loved it from the moment we stepped onto the property. The owners were still in the middle of renovation, but it was clean, the pool was perfect and peaceful, the ambiance was as if I just stepped out of the rat race of life and stepped into a better time and place. We had so much fun we even stayed a bit longer due to the fact we just didn't want to leave. The managers were so friendly and accommodating (from quick response to flexibility to making the room welcoming). All we wanted and needed was near by. We are from Tampa and often just want to get away...we will be making this our home away from home.

Amazing beach retreat in prime location on St. Pete Beach

Absolutely amazing and refreshing retreat steps away from the beach without the noise and commotion of a hotel. We enjoyed the option of eating in with the clean, fully equipped kitchen and grill or the numerous options within easy walking distance. I never knew there were so many local restaurants with great food and affordable prices. The new backyard is perfect for morning coffee, lunch or relaxing watching a game. The complimentary laundry made our packing a lot easier and saved us from having to pay for extra bags on our flight and with the location, didn’t even need to rent a car. Chuck and Kathy have done an exceptional job of creating a relaxing atmosphere and ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend this location and can’t wait to come back next year.

Beach Magic

Wow, wow, wow! This little gem in the heart of St. Pete Beach is truly amazing. My sister and I rented the house for three weeks. It was very clean , cozy and had all the amenities one could ask for. The bomber beach cart made it perfect to get all necessary supplies organized and across the sand with ease and comfort. We need not want to leave and will definitely be back soon. This house rocks and is just what the Dr. ordered. Thank you!

Wonderful Gem!

What a week. We stayed at The Mermaid Bungalow and it was great. The curb appeal of this property is classic and tasteful and very well done. Inside Chuck and Kathy have really done a wonderful job on updating, upgrading and maintaining this bungalow. We rented the middle unit and it was a very well laid out great room with a nice bedroom and updated bathroom. Outside is a wonderful space, a classic Florida lanai (screened in porch). We used this space everyday. Beyond the lanai is a nice private fenced in yard. Chuck has everything you need for a great stay, we did not need or want for anything. The location was wonderful, steps away from everything you want: the beach, restaurants, bars, shopping, we met the neighbors and they we nice too. Chuck is a great owner. He was easy to talk to, very quick in responding, very helpful with all my questions. We look forward to returning to St. Pete Beach and would not hesitate to rent from Chuck again. We recommend Chuck and this property hand down.

Perfect Little Getaway Home

I truly loved this rental! It was perfect for our girls weekend getaway to the beach. Everything is walking distance, the place is clean and up to date and offers everything you need in the kitchen. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this adorable little place :-)

PERFECT GETAWAY LOCATION!!!

Hands down, the best place i've ever stayed! It's extremely clean, the beds are comfortable and it's walking distance to everything. Fully equipped kitchen for those of us who enjoy cooking! Bikes available for guest! The perfect back yard for grilling and chilling! Everything was thought of for this location. We will definitely be staying here again!!! Thank you Chuck & Kathy for an amazing getaway location!

Great weekend away!

My partner and I visited this bungalow for a girls birthday weekend celebration and it was perfect! We live in Tampa so the location made us feel like we were on a far-away vacation but only a short 40 minute drive from home. The photos of the house don't do it justice - it looks like it's out of a Coastal Living magazine! I want them to decorate my house! The layout of the house makes it easy to entertain or take some quiet time. It was a short walk to the beach and many of the shops, restaurants, and bars. Very convenient. All in all we had a great weekend!

Perfect getaway!

My sister and I needed a getaway to celebrate the end of the school year. Now, we hope to make it to this bungalow to celebrate whatever, whenever! We LOVED this place so much! Every detail was thought of with so much love and understanding of what a "getaway" actually means. The beds and blankets were SO nice and extremely comfortable. There are plush towels and robes, a coffee pot with auto-grinding, bikes to get to the beach, and plenty of room to chill. The walk to the beach is really short and well worth the money saved by not actually staying on the sand itself. It's also close to many awesome restaurants and cute shops, within a short and lazy walk. We did NOT want to leave!! The place is really beautiful and clean, charming and cozy, convenient and very reasonable! We will be back for sure!

There's no place like home AWAY from home!

I visited the Mermaid Beach Bungalow with my husband and our 2 dogs for a birthday weekend and had a blast! We so did not want to leave! We loved the newly renovated accommodations . . . from the granite counter tops, tile floors, flat screen tv’s, to the beautiful landscaping, back patio, fenced in back yard, etc, it was top notch! The full kitchen & grill made it easy for us to stay in when we chose & the numerous bars & restaurants in walking distance made it easy for us to eat out! We loved all the local bands & not to mention amazing sunsets! The Sunday Corey Ave. Market was awesome, shopping is always a must for this gal! Can’t wait to go back!

Beyond expedition

We recently stayed at this incredible beach bungalow, that has all of the upgraded amenities anyone could ask for. Also, it is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Chuck and Kathy thought of everything to make our trip very enjoyable. Our dog also enjoyed romping in the enclosed yard. It is truly a "hidden treasure" on the beach. Looking forward to a return visit.

Wow!

I took my wife and two boys for a mini vacation and because we were participating in a triathlon over the weekend in St-Pete Fl. This cozy place is perfect due to its location near the beach, restaurants and other activities. We loved the privacy of the rooms, the decor and cleaness. I love that you can go to so many places by walking especially the beach witch we enjoyed so much. Great gateway!

Great place, great location

The location of this bungalow is second to none. Basically, anything you may want to do on the beach is within easy walking distance of this bungalow. The place has been recently updated and is very neat and clean. In addition, the owners are very responsive to any of your needs or concerns regarding the place.

Beautiful Apartment but...

Truly lovely place. Clean and well kept, modern and charming. This would have been a 5 star review were it not for the fact that, we rented outside VBRO parameters, direct from the owner (after initiating contact thru VBRO). We paid the rent to him directly, paid a hefty security deposit, and left the place in excellent (same) condition. Two days post occupancy, we received a voice mail and video that the microwave was ruined, suggesting we put metal in the microwave (who does that?????) and advising we were losing our entire deposit. We emailed the owner but never received a response (we've waited 4 months hoping for some response) We cannot imagine what happened between when we left, and the two days that elapsed when we were advised our security deposit was being taken, but we do most certainly wish we had rented thru VBRO, paying a nominal amount for damage insurance and perhaps gaining a bit of recourse, or perhaps avoiding this issue altogether. Lesson learned - shame on us for not renting thru VBRO, or perhaps shame on the owner for tendering a written, in person lease versus using the VBRO process?

Dear Guests, this is an unfortunate occurrence that we have faced for the first time as VRBO hosts. With the success and enjoyment we've had in hosting many pleased guests, in this case we experienced damage and repair that we had to address immediately once our guest checked out. We personally reviewed and assessed the damage that took place, which was a broken and unusable microwave. We have pictures and video on file of the damage for documentation that was shared with the guest. The appliance was just over 1 year old and in excellent working condition prior to guest check in, again personally inspected by us the owners. To protect us in these matters we do require a $400 refundable deposit that is void upon property inspection once all property is considered acceptable following check out. In this case we had to use these funds to purchase a new microwave immediately and cover labor costs of installation before our next guest check in. We feel this security deposit is fair and necessary for these types of incidents. As hosts we are sorry to have faced this but feel we handled this appropriately and will continue to keep our property in pristine condition to host our future guests. Thank you all for the understanding in this matter and we continue to look forward to hosting many happy guests in the future at our property. The Mermaid Beach Bungalow Chuck & Kathy Kasper

We took on this project with the vision to create a place that everyone can come and enjoy to get away. Chuck is the renovation visionary and executor, while Kathy pays attention to all the design details that make it a home away from home. No corners were cut or short cuts made when we put this plan in motion. Together we have created a space we know you will enjoy just as much as we do. Kathy was born and raised in Tampa, FL, Chuck was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA and moved to Tampa 35yrs ago.

Chuck & Kathy chose St. Pete Beach for it's convenient location and easy access to highways to travel home. We love the local establishments we visit just walking distance away with many options and variety to choose from. We have been coming to St. Pete Beach for years and also have several friends who have relocated to this area. It was a dream of ours to own a vacation rental, and maybe one day a small hotel or inn, to host visitors in beautiful sunny Florida.
