We were in Tempe for a conference at ASU and found this lodging just perfect. Easy to walk to where we needed to go, nice neighborhood and easy communication with the hosts.

Great home!

We loved this place. Great decor, very comfortable (beds as well). Great location, so were able to walk everywhere and had great weather during our stay. We were able to relax in the adorable outdoor patio too. The hosts were so nice and on top of everything. Would definitely love to come back here.

Friends’ weekend

We love this place. This is our second year staying here and we will hopefully be back. The area is so walkable, with a great restaurant a block away. Jason, the host, checks in with you frequently and is very fast responding to questions. This VRBO is very clean and well stocked. Highly recommended!!

Property as described, walking distance to ASU campus and downtown Mill st. Waymo transportation easily available. Owner quick to resolve keypad issue. Easy checkout, no elaborate rules.

Wonderful home and location

The property was exactly as shown and described in the listing. The neighborhood, at the edge of ASU, was quiet and comfortable, with easy walking distance to downtown Tempe. The owners were incredibly responsive! We look forward to visiting next year!

Outstanding!

From beginning to end, our experience at this property was outstanding. Communication was fast and always courteous and helpful. Accommodations were very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the extra care the hosts took to provide quality furnishings. They thought of everything. I highly recommend this property.

Great Place to Stay!

The property is located in a nice neighborhood, close to downtown including Whole Foods, coffee shops and restaurants. It's a great location to walk. The inside is clean, cozy, and the outside patio space is cute with lights on preset timers -nothing for you to do but enjoy it. The beds are very comfortable and the master bath shower is amazing! If you plan to cook, you've picked the right place. It's one of the best stocked kitchens in terms of pots, pans, utensils and small appliances. Thank you Jason and Krista, you were great hosts and very responsive.

Tempe meet up

We went to Tempe to see my brother who is a member of the Broadway travelling show Mrs. Doubtfire that was playing at Gammage Auditorium at ASU. We were literally a 6 minute drive from the show. The location of this property could not have been more perfect. We were also able to visit good friends in Phoenix which was just 20 minutes away. The property was perfect too. I have mobility issues and everything was very accessible. Full kitchen that we utilized was great. We only used the master bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. Jason was so kind and easy to work with. Overall it was a great and perfect 5 day stay. We most definitely would come again. perfect.perfect.

Great Experience

The Maple Ash property met and exceeded all our expectations. Clean, comfortable, great location and fantastic hosts. No detail was spared. Jason and Krista were readily available for questions and to accommodate our many changes. We hope to be back in this home away from home in the not too distant future. Truly a gem!

We were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail to meet our needs during the stay. The accommodation there was immaculately clean and well-decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. ASU trip

My daughter works for Starbucks and they pay for her to go to ASU online. Her degree in biochemistry requires her to come to Tempe to do a week of labs to go along with her class. This is our second trip for labs. We stayed quite far from campus last time and we were looking for something closer. This property was perfect! We each had our own, very comfortable bedroom. I was able to bring my dog and he loved the fenced backyard. The campus is very close and many things are within walking distance. While it was a tad bit too hot to walk much while we were there, anything you can need is within a short drive. The home is located in a cute older neighborhood and seemed safe. I enjoyed walking my dog through it a couple of mornings that were not too hot. Jason and Krista were great hosts and very responsive to any inquiries we had while on the trip. The check in process was simple which was much appreciated after our very long drive from Houston. I will definitely book again if in the area!

A Gem in Tempe

We had a great time at our stay in the Maple-Ash neighborhood. Perfect for our week attending our daughter's graduation at ASU. Ideal location within walking distance of campus for all the activities as well as Mill Ave, Whole Foods, and just steps from Casey Moore's. The place was perfect for the four of us and the communication was very smooth from the attentive management team. Did I mention it was clean? Yes, I would stay here again and recommend it as an ideal value for anyone looking to stay near ASU in Tempe.

Our son became a Sun Devil in the fall of 2021. Since then, we fell in love with Tempe and wanted to a place to visit when we leave Southern California for the beautiful Arizona desert.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Maple-Ash dates back to 1935. The neighborhood is made up of cozy homes, abundant trees that grace the neighborhood such as: cork oak, plane tree, orchid tree, ash tree, Aleppo pine and Chinese pistachio. These trees of Historic Maple-Ash District are home to a variety of beautiful birds. While being nestled in the peace of Maple-Ash, you are so close to the nightlife of Mill Ave. As you walk to get coffee from Cartel’s in the morning, you will hear the birds chirping in the trees that shade your walk. When you walk at night, you will see those same trees lit by string lights that brighten the neighborhood. ASU is a few blocks from this neighborhood which also gives this place an energetic and positive place to be!
