Beautiful three bedroom two bathroom home located in the Liberty Wells area. Perfect for a short or extended stay! Conveniently located 13 minutes from the SLC airport, 9 minutes from downtown SLC, and within 40 minutes to Utah's famous ski resorts - Brighton, Alta, Deer Valley, Solitude, and more! Not to mention plenty of shopping, restaurants, and attractions for everyone in your party!

Newly remodeled duplex! This space is minimal yet cozy, you will love the spacious kitchen with all new appliances and an entertainment island. Within the abundant kitchen storage, you will find your coffee station equipped with light, medium, and dark roasts along with a Kodiak cake breakfast on me.

Enjoy the open-concept living area which has a 55-inch smart Roku tv. Get cozy because the sofa converts to a queen-sized bed at your convenience.

The bathrooms are fully stocked with Infuse Ecowell shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. You will also find fresh towels and hairdryers.

Bedroom One
Comfortable queen bed on a modern frame with a zinus mattress, cotton linens, and a 55" smart tv. Floating nightstands with reading lamps. Feel at home and unpack in the huge built in wardrobe with hangers and extra blankets.

Cozy quiet area yet so close to everything you need. Great coffee right down the street!

I have a large lot, so there is plenty of FREE parking right on the street!

Great space in a convenient location

Good location, close to restaurants and groceries (Trader Joes) - walking distance to Alchemy Cafe, nice for breakfast. Despite it being half of a duplex, it was quiet. Fenced in front yard. Small rental but with great use of space, it felt roomy. We did not cook, but the kitchen seemed well equipped. (We only used the drip coffee machine and toaster) No dining table but we didn’t mind - the kitchen island and stools worked for our needs. Layout is split levels - top level 2 bedrooms with Queen bed each and one bathroom, mid level kitchen and living room, bottom level with one bedroom (2 beds) and a bathroom. (Nest) AC works better downstairs than in the higher split level, but there were fans in the closets that helped. Lots of closet space. Firm mattresses (and so-so pillows). Internet and Roku TVs worked well. The host was quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for exploring Salt Lake city

Property was fantastic. Comfy beds, fluffy towels and very comfortable and well laid out with lots of space and private parking. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Ideal property for our family to gather!

Property was exactly as advertised. Perfect location to get to slopes, downtown Salt Lake City and winter activities north and south of here. Huge variety of convenient stores for shopping!

Beautiful Remodeled Place to Stay

This beautifully remolded Townhome was an excellent place to stay. Close to downtown Salt Lake as well as easy access to freeways and the main road State Street. We were able to easily get to Park City and Brighton Ski Resort. Fenced in front yard would have worked well for our grand-pup that didn't end up staying with us. We would be happy to stay here again.

This is a great, recently renovated, house. Clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and off-street parking. Close to everything. We had a great weekend.

Great home for a family ski vacation

Thank you to Connor for being a great host! The house was perfect for a short ski vacation for our family of five. Short drive to Sugarhouse and easy access to SLC, Park City/Deer Valley and our favorites Little- and Big Cottonwood canyons. Nice, clean and practical house.

Comfortable and Convenient

We had a great stay here during our trip to SLC. The property was clean and comfortable (great beds!), and it was convenient to everything. No matter where we went in SLC, it seemed the drive was just 10 minutes. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in SLC!

This is a great property, everything was great. You feel very safe in the neighborhood. Connor & Milo are great hosts. Only a small complaint. There is no dining table to sit & eat around only a counter with bar stools. Thanks Connor & Milo.
