Best View was nice place to stay. Nice living Space and awesome view. The King bed on second floor was very uncomfortable and the bbq was kind of broken. Other than that, our family had a great time.

A Great Weekend

We had a good experience overall. This was a birthday weekend for both of our kids 24 and 27. We decided to combine their birthdays since they are 1 week apart and found this cabin. It was perfect from the beginning we had everything we need it and enjoyed the stay. It has a great view to the lake and the house was clean.

Beautiful view!

The view is the best part of the property! It also has 3 full bathrooms which is nice. The couch needs to be replaced and the mattress on the beds should be upgraded. It’s like sleeping on a box spring. The place was pretty clean other than cob webs on the lighting and kitchen track lighting needs deep cleaning. The jacuzzi had a beautiful view but needs a good cleaning as well. A little updating in the cabin and this would be a 5 star rental. I would rent this cabin again for the view. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the deck with the full lake view.

View is great - Safety and Cleanliness are lacking

Not a good value for the price - I expected the beautiful view and got it but I expected the cabin to be clean and safe and it was not. It's a shame because none of the fixes that would make this 5 starts are expensive but the lack of cleaning/attention to basics and expired/non-working smoke detectors and fire extinguishers was very disappointing.

The view was great, unfortunately everything else was a nightmare. We were forced to check in through an app outside of the Vrbo system. It requested all kinds of personal information, most of it not required to rent a place for a day. Property management company cool cabins was a massive pain in the butt. Communication was good but customer service was horrible. Had to wait until 4pm for a door access code which they told me I could have at 2pm. Spotty cell service required us to stay in town until we received the text with door passcode, then drive over to the Cabin. The cabin was very poorly maintained /managed by cool cabins. Bathroom was dirty, faucets were so loose if pulled in a normal fashion they came up out of the counter. The cabin had a horrible mildew smell in the basement where the billiards table was located. Deck was torn-up not maintained, carpet on the spiral stairs was disgusting. Really, really bad stay. Honestly I would have asked for a refund but then they could delete my review, so I took the hit for others. Choose another cabin and management company. Thanks for taking my call Barbara.

Was a perfect little family get away!

Property was great! Not much room for parking, but other then that the place was amazing! Views were jaw dropping, spa was great, great location, everything was amazing

The Best View!!

We had a group of 10 friends stay here and we were amazed at how well it fit everyone. The view is better than it looks online. The tub was perfect - again with a view! The bunk situation is definitely for a close group of friends but the two other bedrooms and two pull out couches allow for ample sleeping arrnagements. Would definitely stay again!

loved this cabin !! made great memories & was super fun. Loved the jacuzzi on the deck and playing pool. Overall I probably book this cabin again.

Great view.

Had a wonderful time for my moms 85th birthday. The house was great with plenty of room. Cool cabins were great to work with too. Would definitely stay here again.

Cabin wasn’t clean and wasn’t kept in good condition.

Our experience with this cabin was not what we expected. The cabin was not kept in a clean condition. In my opinion when you pay the amount money they ask for (a lot) and you walk into a cabin that is not well kept, it is disappointing.

Big Bear Cabin

The property was lovely! It has a magnificent view and was easy to find. I would recommend avoiding driving during very snowy weather conditions as the cabin is located up on a hill and hard to get to if the road is too icy. The view of the lake is breathtaking. 10/10 would stay again.

Great Trip!

Had a group of 10 looking to get away from the holiday weekend and this cabin was awesome! Perfect size for our group, great view from the deck (and the hot tub), and on the north side of the lake which was more peaceful but still very convenient to the village. Highly recommend!

Great Trip!

Had a group of 10 looking to take advantage of the long weekend and the Best View Cabin was amazing! Perfect size for our group, great view from the hot tub and on the north side of the lake which was peaceful but still not too far from the village. Highly recommend!
