This quaint, beautiful place is at a great location. Close enough to walk to most places, yet out of the heavy tourist traffic. The place was decorated so beautifully. Very quiet and comfortable. Rose is an excellent host.

Wonderful Location!

This was a wonderful place to stay in Savannah! Great location to walk to everything you will want to go to. Parking was easy, we didn’t get back into the car until it was time to go. The location was very quaint, lots of character and charm.

Perfect Home Base - Cute, Clean & Dog friendly

Perfect location for a weekend in Savannah. Comfortable, clean - great local art as decor. Easy walk to restaurants & shops. Very dog friendly. Will definitely stay again - hopefully, the weather will be nicer so we can enjoy the private courtyard.

Simply Rosey!

Savannah was wonderful to spend a few days just walking around, enjoying the architecture and river front. Rose made our stay very home away from homey, and her home is fabulous!

Great place, great location!

My husband and I had the prefect weekend stay. We walked everywhere, and enjoyed about the apartment. It was so cute and a good amount of space for two people. The communication was excellent. It really was a great weekend and I would highly recommend!!

Savannah Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stat here so much for a long weekend getaway. Rose and her pup, Mabel were so friendly and gave great recommendations for places to eat and visit. The best part is everything was within walking distance and we didn't get back in our car until the morning we left. We will definitely return.

Awesome Spot

Great spot to stay, close to everything. Host was very nice and helpful. Would recommend to anyone. Bonus: The rental had a great VHS collection, for when your recharging.

Rose and her pup Mayble was a great host and I had booked a short stay for Halloween weekend and a surprise proposal! It’s a very short walk to everything and the area is great! Really had a great time and would definitely recommend this stay to others. Now this could be definitely our new anniversary spot from here on out!

Cozy neighborhood spot close walking distance to everything

Came for a conference and had a great stay. It was a quiet place for my dog and I to stay at, plenty of parks nearby to walk him between talks, easy access to walk him to and from restaurants in the city, and also drop him off when I wanted to do things without him. Rose Ann was a wonderful host and even connected me with some dog walkers if I was going to be too busy to get back to him! It was a great place to stay and I highly recommend it.

Lat minute Savannah trip

What a wonderful time in a beautiful city. We found a wonderful basement apartment in the historic district at the last minute. Our host Rose responded quickly and met us when we arrived in town. We loved the apartment and the amenities- much better than any hotel rooms that were available. We cannot wait to return for another visit.

Perfecto!!

We have stayed in Savannah more times than I can count, and by far, this was one of the most enjoyable stays we've had. The location is quiet, beautiful and so spacious. It was nice to be in the middle of everything, yet stay slightly off a square in a neighborhood that didn't have excessive cars and pedestrians. Wonderful! It was a great location to bring our bikes to as well, which is typically how we get around the city when we stay there.
