Absolutely everyone that has been here loves the setting. It is truly one of a kind peaceful and serene setting.
This is a beautiful paradise. Meticulously maintained, upscale luxury barn in a beautiful and relaxing setting that won't disappoint. It's all about the details ! You can entertain at the game table, sit by the wood burning stove, work out in the gym, sit in the sauna/hot tub/take a hike.

Note: there are 2 enclosed bedrooms with Queen beds. The Loft area has 3 trundle beds that open to 6 single beds. It is communal space. The rates posted are for 6 people with a Maximum of 8 at any time, ($25 per person per night extra) maximum.

Sorry: NO Hunting/NO Weapons / NO motorized vehicles/ATVs on premises. NO large parties/events or more than 8 people on premises at any point.

Golfers: Copake Greens on Copake Lake. (3 miles away)
Bikers: Explore the Harlem Valley Rail Trail (20 minutes away)
Boaters: rent time/boat on Copake lake. (3 miles away)
Hikers: Bash Bish Falls and Alander Mountain trail. (20 minutes away)
Theater: So many choices of summer theater in Berkshire.
Skiers: Catamount is 10 minutes away ! Butternut 20 minutes away
Swimming: Swim at the "Ore Pit" near Bash Bish Falls! Amazing! Rudd Pond, Lake Mansfield, Taghanik State Park.

Note : the barn sits across from our weekend house which we primarily use during fall and winter so chances are good you will be alone on 52 acres or on occasion we will be across the way and discretely out of your way. You can ask me in advance, if Iā€™ll be up at the house if it makes a difference to you.

This stunning property was absolutely perfect for our friends weekend in the Berkshires. It was immaculately clean, private, and yet close to many things to do in the area. The owner was great with communication, as well. We would definitely stay here again if weā€™re in the area!

The pictures didnā€™t do this place justice ā€” itā€™s even more beautiful in person! The fall views over the orchard were stunning and we loved watching deer wander by in the early morning and at dusk. The rooms were perfectly sized, the kitchen was perfectly stocked and there were tons of games and movies for the kids. The host was incredible and gave us great local recommendations for things to do and places to eat. A perfect, quiet fall getaway ā€” we canā€™t wait to return!

Such a fabulous place and Joe and his wife Lisa are lovely and kind, and fun! The place was beautiful and exactly like the photo. When you walk out of your bedroom in the morning, beauty surrounds you and there is plenty of space to be both social and quiet. We walked the gorgeous property, hiked to waterfalls, did yoga and hot-tubbed. Biking is another great option. Joe set out his archery bow and we even got to shoot some arrows at his target, bringing back some great summer camp memories. Can't thank Joe and Lisa enough or overstate what a wonderful stay we had.

An Amazing Retreat for the Weekend!

My friends and I were looking for a place to stay that would give us a retreat from our busy city lives and this stay delivered in amazing ways! The house is located on beautiful grounds with amazing amenities (like in house sauna and hot tub rooms)! Our host, Joe, also was super communicative and kind and really made us feel taken care of! Highly recommend and plan to come back again whenever we can!

Our family had a blast !

My wife and I stayed with our 4 boys ages 14-23 and we had an amazing time. Lake Copake water sports and worked out at the high school gym each day for free. The restaurants and antique stores in nearby Hudson are top notch.

Cozy weekend

Another wonderful stay. Even with a rainy weekend, we were more than happy to stay in and enjoy this cozy barn, hot tub, sauna, wood stove and visit to Hudson. Lovely, clean property and the owners are so thoughtful and helpful. Highly recommend!

What an amazing place

This is one of the nicer VRBOā€™s weā€™ve stayed in. The restored barn was amazing with exposed hand beams, a well stocked kitchen, nice hot tub, and beautiful surroundings with a stream running nearby. The Vrbo was in great shape, very clean, with clear instructions on amenities for our stay. Thank you very much for an excellent Thanksgiving.

Amazing home/location!

This is the perfect getaway vacation home. The place looks even nicer in person. Joe was very responsive with the check in/out process and provided a guide for using the hot tub, sauna, fireplace, etc. I would highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

Amazing Property

We had a great stay at this beautiful barn. Joe was very helpful and informative from the moment we booked through to the time we had to leave. The barn itself was incredible and very conducive to our group of friends for hanging out, catching up and going on a few hikes in the area to enjoy the beautiful fall colors! A Slice of Paradise

Everything about this property makes it a wonderful get-away ā€¦ gorgeous woodland and trails on property, quiet and remote but with all the comforts of a spacious home. The barn renovation is perfect - the right balance of original charm and modern amenities. The hot tub and sauna, and outdoor fire pit, made it a 100% fun and relaxing weekend for my family. This property truly is a slice of paradise!

Fabulous get away to enjoy Berkshires and Hudson Valley

The barn renovations are really impressive and the property is very inviting. We fully enjoyed our rest and relaxation with close proximity to enjoy the Berkshires, Catamount Ski area recreation, and John Andrews Farmhouse. Communication was superb. Would highly recommend.

I canā€™t say enough about Joli Farm. The barn is so cozy and inviting with the seating areas, wood burning stove and hot tub. The grounds are great to wander and let our dog run free. I canā€™t recommend this property enough!
