Renovated resort condo in Old Town Scottsdale with amenities for up to 4 people. Pull-out couch, Wi-Fi, two 4K TV's, games, 100+ TV channels, Netflix, full kitchen. Heated pool, Jacuzzi, gym, pool table, clubhouse. Right by Fashion Square, Spring Training, Sprouts, clubs, restaurants. First floor with patio gate for bikes. Covered parking.
Located on the ground floor with a gated patio, so you can walk in bikes for security. An assigned covered parking spot is included. Fast Wi-Fi throughout the condo and in common areas.
Master bedroom sports a luxurious 15 inch Queen mattress with a 40'' flat HDTV with 100+ channels, Showtime, Netflix for entertainment.
Living room has a new pull-out couch and recliner arm-chair, a 55'' 4K TV with Netflix, 100+ channels, and Showtime is set up for play with friends as well as about a dozen different board games for your enjoyment.
Kitchen is fully stocked with newer appliances and complimentary Keurig coffee, creamer and utensils.
Patio has two new wicker loungers and table for relaxing in the shade.
Blackout curtains and blinds located in all rooms for privacy. Iron and ironing board and clothes drying rack for your convenience.
Complex is resort style with a large renovated pool heated year-round as well as a heated Jacuzzi, fitness center, ping-pong table, pool table, gas BBQs, and a clubhouse. Laundry is available on premises (credit card). Bike racks located throughout complex and scooters and electric bikes are located within 100 feet.
Extra inflatable beds and kids' amenities (pack and play, toys) can be made available upon request.

If anything is missing that would make your stay better, we would be happy to work to get it figured out. We are also happy to offer local recommendations, reservations, etc.
