Located minutes from downtown, you`ll be just a short drive away from the popular River Walk, where you can take in the beautiful scenery and enjoy a variety of outdoor activities as well as explore the local shops and restaurants. We stayed here a few days to pick up my daughter and grandkids. It's clean and had everything we needed for a stay with kids. It's on somewhat busy street but was convenient and noise wasn't an issue. We would stay again.

College Visit and touring the area

Was a nice trip to explore CSU. Was a good stay, all parking and entry easy and well explained. Great communication from the property manager. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is nicely renovated. We were cozy and enjoyed tye conveniences of our stay. The property manager was ready to help in anyway and was easy to get in touch with and prompt to respond. It was close to appointments. We would definitely recommend this place and will consider staying here again.

Very comfortable, clean property

Very nice, newly renovated property. Fenced parking area was large enough for our big truck. The property manager was there when we arrived and was very helpful and friendly. I would stay at this property again.

Beautiful property

The property was nicely renovated, clean and beautifully decorated. Lots of places to park and we felt very secure with 24 hr surveillance on the building. This is a multi unit property and so was not unusual that we heard the neighbors several times. This is a great listing for visitors who want to be fairly central and close to downtown Pueblo.

Better location

Needs better air-conditioned, bedrooms were hot. Need vent for bathroom. Homeless around kept us up screaming. It was very clean and instructions good.

Great property

It’s just as advertised. The place was clean, hardwood floors, three steps to get in, one parking spot, and a great property manager. Not great for disabled but excellent for families. Good sized kitchen, everything necessary to cook and eat a meal. Big TV, shower/tub combo, and nice bed linens. Would return!!

Super nice apartment

I was super pleased with this apartment. K cups would of nice to for Keurig coffee maker. Besides that felt very safe and comfortable there for the Eastside of Pueblo. Security cameras were a plus with the private parking area off the main street! Super clean and beautifully decorated! Nice clean interior decorating it was amazing! Thanks for the pleasant stay!

Very comfortable and clean

Responds from property manager was VERY prompt! Never had to wait if I had a question. Apartment was nicely renovated and very comfortable. Quiet and relaxing and felt very homey. We wished that there was a bigger bed in bedroom, but beds were very comfortable. There was no extra bedding, but made by with out it. Property was very secure with lights and cameras. We would definitely stay here again for its convenience and comforts

Excellent Stay in Pueblo!

This VRBO was just as described, and the pics were 100% accurate. There were security cameras and lights on the exterior for safety. The interior looked brand new and smelled clean. The kitchen was well appointed with new appliances and included a Keurig with complimentary coffee pods and creamer. The bed was firm and comfortable. The towels and linens appeared to be hotel quality. The bathroom was spotless and smelled very clean. The shower pressure was very good with plenty of hot water. There were full sized containers of shampoo and conditioner. Overall, a great stay!

Very clean! Would stay again...

Our family is from Pueblo so I know the area. This is close to downtown on the East side so it's a bit...rough. But that's Pueblo in general. The complex has great security, new fence, and the apartment was updated, very clean, and plenty of fans and stayed cool (Pueblo can get HOT). Owner/Landlord has done a great job keeping it up. The doors have coded locks that change with each tenant which is great! There is a park down the road if you need to run a dog or kids or whatever. 4 min from the riverwalk. 10 min or less from the highway. So easy to find and good access. The beds are a double/queen so if you are over 6 ft, plan for diagonal sleeping. If you are short, like me, it's just fine. Water pressure is great and bathroom was very clean. Fridge is new and clean. Portable AC works great....may have to buy one of those...loooved it. Parking was great for that area, inside the fence so no concern there. Neighbors and motorcycles are a bit loud, and some tenants like early morning music but again, that's Pueblo. We would stay there again.

Great stay!

We stayed here for a weekend family event. Pros: *Safety (A private stay in a shared area with two door locks required for entry.) *Private lot (A fenced space is good for the area.) *Clean (I am very particular. ☺️) *Location (We were in town for a family event and were told the west side of town was more suitable, but had no problem here. We enjoyed brunch and found the town quaint with plenty of options, even though most are closed on Sundays.) *Easy access (for check-in + general in/out) *Communication (We knew exactly what to expect prior to and throughout our stay.) Cons: *Check-in time (This was not too unusual for other rentals or hotels, but we would have liked to get in sooner as we had an event that evening and had been traveling all day.) *Bed size (The largest bed is a full, which was a bit snug for an average sized couple. Though we were able to fit our little one’s pack-&-play in the room with no problem, which is a plus.) *Outside noise (You can easily hear those coming and going from the other 3 units in the building. Note: We spent some time in the living room and we also have a baby. Even though we noted this quite a bit it was never anything that disrupted sleep.) *Unclean floors (A stretch, but something I did notice. While clean, the floors didn’t look swept/vacuumed when we arrived.) *In summary*: We would and most likely will book again! Good rentals are hard to come by, but this is definitely one.
