Renting for Summer 2025 GREAT FOR FAMILIES AND GOLFERS

This unit was new to the VRBO market in 2023 and is centrally located in Myrtle Beach - short drive to the beach, local attractions and restaurants. Close to Coastal Carolina University, Myrtle Beach Convention Center, Broadway at the Beach and many golf courses. It is less than 3 miles from the (Cal) Ripken Myrtle Beach Experience. Plenty of room for a small party. Unit is newly renovated with all new furniture, mattresses, bedding, décor and kitchen amenities. It is comfortable, clean and affordable. (Sleeps 6 total - 4 privately).

Unit is located on top floor of 3 story building with NO ELEVATOR. However, the only attached neighbor is the unit below.

This unit is in a condominium complex. Although a close drive to many attractions. It is not in walking distance to things, (other than the pool and tennis courts), as the complex is located on a golf course.

Community pool, tennis courts, BBQ's and picnic tables in complex for guest use. We supply parking passes for 2 cars and 2 pool key cards for access to gated area of pool/hot tub.

Rental includes linens (Sheets and Towels) - pool towels are not provided.

A starter pack for your stay will be supplied which includes: A roll of paper towels, trash liner in kitchen garbage and one extra liner, dish soap, sponge, 2 dishwasher pods,
1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 travel size bar of soap in each bathroom, 2 laundry pods and 2 dryer sheets.

Light cleaning products will be provided under kitchen sink.

Renter will be required to complete a Rental Agreement and supply photo ID.

Baseball and beach

It was perfect location to ball fields, Broadway on beach and the beach itself. We didn't spend much time on property except to sleep and shower... but so glad we had the space to do so. Husband and son enjoyed a round of golf as well. It drizzled quite a bit - but they didn't care. The course was great!

Clean and convenient

We enjoyed coming home to this condo after the beach or enjoying other activities in the area. It was convenient to the many activities we had planned, including a large sports tournament, I highly recommend this beautiful condo!

Family celebration

Rental was to be close to family and friends. Location wasn’t the best. No attractions to walk to or shopping areas or restaurants in walking distance. Always had to drive to areas that offered these things. The property itself was beautiful clean quiet. We loved it.

Great quiet place to stay

Great Location

Easy access to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Clean with a well appointed kitchen. Very comfortable.

End of summer vacation before school!!

We were very happy with our stay. We were in close proximity to all we needed and even had a pool for the days we didn't want to travel for a dip in the water.

Everything I expected

The property was very nice and clean. The location was perfect for our stay. We went for a softball tournament and doubled it as a vacation. It was very close to the beach/entertainment and not a bad drive to the softball field. It was quiet and comfortable. The only complaint I have is that I did not get any toilet paper to start the trip off. I immediately had to go to the corner store to get some with 4 females in the place. Overall great place to stay!!

As listed

The property was exactly as listed, and was the same as in the pictures. Clean, newly renovated, owner was quick to reply and helpful. Very spacious, stocked kitchen, and several extra blankets and pillows. I did have a difficult time falling asleep the first night as the security lights in the parking lot shown through the blinds quite brightly, but I adjusted on night two. I would recommend curtains or extra shading in the bedrooms. The pool was a close walk across the parking lot and was mostly unoccupied. We enjoyed sitting on the screen covered balcony at night.

Amazing

The property is in a really good spot everything is in about 10-5 minutes away. The place is very spacious and conforting, the decorations were very nice. Everything was very mordern. The beds were very comfortable and the bed sheets were very soft. I would definitely go back to this place and the future. 100% a 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place to stay in Myrtle Beach!

We enjoyed our long weekend in Myrtle Beach. This was a great condo and convenient to get to local attractions. The property manager had good communication. We would definitely stay here again!

I have been coming to Myrtle Beach for decades, first as a bachelor, then with my wife and kids. I am an avid golfer, my wife likes the beach and my kids (now young adults) like everything the area has to offer. We are originally from New York and hope to retire soon to the area.

We take pride in ownership of our property. We have invested in this unit with a renovation two years ago and have recently furnished and decorated this unit. The two bedroom/2 bathroom set up allows for privacy as well as a shared space to hang out and cook meals. It is a better value than staying overnight in a hotel.
