24 MM. 4br 4bath We are located in the exclusive "Estates" development by Margaritaville on Tan Tar A Resort. We are in the coveted first cove of The Estates, and are the first house around the bend and closest to the Margaritaville. You can choose to walk up the hill or take a short drive to the main resort. Our lakefront location offers stunning views of the lake to the right and to the left the world renown championship golf course "7th hole". There is a built-in bar, and BBQ grill and plenty of seating to enjoy your morning coffee, a large BBQ event, or just fishing and gathering at the deck and dock areas. The Exterior is perfect for entertaining and enjoying lake life as it is meant to be. Lakefront views with fireplace in living room. 24 MM Dock that easily accommodates pontoons; boat rental available at resort. Perfect for large group or multi-generational stays.

Fully stocked kitchen, Coffee bar, Sleeps up to 16 people - Main floor (King bedroom; Separate Queen bedroom and two bathrooms) - Upstairs (Two large suits with two queen beds each; private baths & kitchenette shared deck between suites Additional bedding and mattresses available for kids or large groups. 12 people in beds; 16 with air mattresses. Parking for five cars, or can accommodate boat trailer and fewer cars. Satellite internet; 5 smart TVs. Variety of games, movies and a library of books available for use during your stay. As a guest in the Estates you will have access to the two private pools located in the Estates area during the open season, you will get an access code upon check-in. You might also choose to use some of the Margaritaville resort amenities such as the swim beach, Swim up bar, outdoor pools, Miniature Golf, Bowling Alley, Billiards Club, 5 restaurants, 3 bars, Horseback Riding, Dinner Cruises and Indoor water park. Margaritaville does charge to use their amenities if available. The resort manages all operating times and fees so you will have to contact them directly for up to date information. We are on the 24 Mile Marker. By boat we are minutes from the Paradise Bar and Dog Days. By car we are within 5 miles of Red Head Yacht Club, Shorty Pants, Dog Days, Backwater Jacks, Michael's Lakefront Chateau, Jeffry's Prime Rib & Lobster, Wobbly Boots, and Tirebiters. We think you will agree with our past guests that this is one of the best homes to stay at in Tan Tar A.

Liked the set up of the home. Some rooms are together and some are separated, almost like apartments. Our big group was able to come together in communal areas and then also get space when needed. With a big group it was nice to have so many seating options inside and outside. We were all very comfortable and the home is spacious.

The house was in a nice location. Being back in the cove allowed us to avoid the boat waves from the main channel, especially with the boat races going on that weekend. It seemed there was more wildlife in the water being the last house in the cove (tadpoles, snakes, turtles). The house needs some TLC, a deep cleaning on the exterior and interior, and maybe some mattress upgrades, but it wasn't horrible. The ants were definitely a problem. The lower deck on the water was great. The house had its pros and cons, but we had a good time and enjoyed our stay overall.

It could have been cleaned better, especially if you're going to allow dogs in the house. There was a lot of dog hair. The ants were an issue as well. We did have a great time though. It is a very nice home, even with the concerns we had, I would return.

This was a very convenient location to launch our boat and store our trailer next door at Margaritaville. The dock was nice, but the water is quite shallow. We really liked the multiple "suites" within the house for our different groups. The house had everything we needed. The only blemish on our stay was a massive ant infestation upon our arrival. Management did promptly drop off some ant killer for us to set out, and they did refund 100 of our stay, so we appreciate that. But it was still disgusting.

Perfect house for a group of friends

Five of us ladies spent 3 nights at this perfect location. The interior is accommodating for a group of individuals. There are several decks to sit outside and enjoy each other and nature. We saw deer every day! We had a few minor issues at checkin and Memory (host) was AMAZING in responding and getting items taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here.

Why they chose this property

We have stayed in private homes, condos and other resorts and knew after several stays at Tan-Tar-A that this was the perfect place for our family to build lifetime memories. There was always something for everyone to do, no matter what their interests and the beauty of the resort and lake location is unmatched. We searched long and hard to find a lakefront property that could accommodate our large family often 16 plus people when we all got together. When we found this home we knew it was it, the lake location, 4 private decks offering views from all four sides, and the large living room and kitchen areas are perfect for entertaining. The large bedrooms provided all of the sleeping space that we needed.

If you are staying at Tan-Tar-A then you will agree our home has the best location, it is the closest private home in the estates that is both lakefront and located within walking distance to all the amenities of the main Tan-Tar-A resort. The views from every deck of the lake and world class golf course are unmatched. The great part about our home is you can enjoy the quiet and beauty of the lake from the private dock in a secluded cove off the main channel or you can access the community pools and other amenities that you would find at a 5-star vacation resort.
