Replacement of items such as broken coffee makers, portable heaters, fans, linens, towels and more. Regular trash removal from bear bins to town dump. We ask guests to assist with optional checkout procedures that are very time consuming such as start dishwasher, wash a load or two of towels. The home was simply adorable and cozy. We stayed this past weekend and woke up to a winter wonderland after the storm. The big windows in the main living room provided a gorgeous view. We stayed with our three children and this home was spacious enough where we didn’t feel crammed. The kitchen was fully stocked with up to date appliances and plenty of counter space. Working Dryer/washer was a huge plus for us to dry our clothes since we packed light. The beds were comfortable with clean spotless bedding (thank you!). We usually bring our own game boards when traveling , but it would be nice if the house provided some non electronic entertainment had we not brought it with us. We have absolutely no complaints and would stay here again. Thank you !

Great cabin for a family get away!

Nice and quiet neighborhood, busy Taho center is just 5-10 minutes away. On call maintenance staff fixed our minor issues in no time. We went home with great memories!

Great Time

Perfect spot for us! We did everything! Boat dinner, bike ride, beach lunch and hiked! Wished we had realized that the water heater was a on low on day 1 rather than while we were packing up but the cold showers didn’t ruin the trip! We had such a great time and the location was perfect for what we’re were doing.

Best place to stay

Saw this little Gem online on VRBO. Looked at a few other places, but decided on this house. So glad we did. This was the most unique built home we have ever seen. After doing a little research and talking to the neighbors, this used to be one of the first homes that the casino owners would put in their most important headliners. Liberace was one of them. He used to stay here a lot until he had one built around the corner. Whoever designed this home put in so many different kind of materials and to know that all of these pieces had to be brought in was amazing. The views of the mountains from this house are unbelievable. We even got to see a couple local bears walking down the street. Which where I'm from. We do not have any so that was pretty amazing to see too. The owner of this home went above and beyond helping us with adding an extra day ahead of time that we needed to add. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a very special few days for us because we got married on Regan Beach. We definitely will be renting this location again when we come back to Lake Tahoe keys. Thanks for a special memory we will not forget.

Clean but needs some updating

For the most part this was a clean and comfortable place to stay. The mcm vibe is nice however it needs updating. You can still maintain that vibe and update it. Overall it just seemed outdated and old. The original kitchen needed the cabinets replaced as one of the drawers fell down when opening it. The appliances are new however which was great. No dishwasher which i didn’t notice in the listing that there wasn’t one. Only 2 of us so that wasn’t a huge deal. Bed was comfy. Most the living room furnishings seem pretty old and worn one of the pillows was coming apart with feathers coming out. I let host know by text with a photo but got no reply about that and w&d which I wanted him to know were dented but worked. The shower and tub unit in the bathrooms were newer but the rest of the bathroom is very dated & feels old. Had trouble with the WiFi dropping on TV which ended up being the Roku box overheating.The flooring in the bathrooms was so worn it just looked dirty. Even clean as it seemingly was. The small a/c unit in the dining area is dated and can’t keep the main area cool enough. It is hot in Tahoe in the summer! So days we were there having to try to get it cool was challenging. At night we were able to open windows with the provided fans which made sleeping nice. The ceiling fan ring that fits around the conduit is hanging off so we didn’t use it in fear of the fan falling down. This would be a very nice place to stay if it was updated and minor things fixed.
