House has everything you need. Garage in winter is a must. Upstairs and Downstairs living spaces with bathroom and bedrooms. Loved everything have nothing negative to say. Will stay again rating a 10 out of 10.

Would stay again

Overall a great rental. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of room for families. One of the couches cushions were pretty broken down, but other than that it was a great rental for our family.

Cozy, comfortable home

Place was great. Michelle was there to assist in any questions we had. Great location, nice neighborhood. Only upgrade i would suggest would be smart tvs in rooms; for late night movie watching. Definitely would book again.

This was the perfect home for my husband and I , our daughter and her husband and daughter. The house is well-equipped, lots of room, and an easy drive to the lake and town.

My 81 year ok'd mother and her friend enjoyed the more secluded area on the first floor. They enjoyed their own tv and living ate, away from my husband's baseball games on the upstairs tv. The kitchen was fully equipped. We enjoyed the deck all throughout the day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was ok but pictures definitely made it look bigger than it actually was. There’s some furniture that is need of serious replacing and with no air conditioning, the owners should definitely invest in ceiling fans for the bedrooms as well as a round of carpet cleaning. The turbo fan in the master was way too loud to sleep with and we were miserable the first few nights until the weather cooled down. All in all the house was ok and we enjoyed our first visit to the Tahoe area. The rental staff was great and we appreciate the owner letting us check in a little early since we were traveling with a baby.

Beautiful, Well-Stocked, Well Cared-For Cabin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great Tahoe cabin! The owners clearly care a lot about it and have taken the time and resources to stock and supply it well. The beds are comfortable, it has nice sheets, plenty of extra blankets and pillows, the kitchen is beautiful, clean, new and well-organized. It is fully stocked, with tools that are unusual to find in a VRBO like a pastry brush, glass tupperware containers and plenty of fun pint glasses. We really enjoyed this house and would love stay here again. The only negative here was that the driveway is downsloping and covered with a thick layer of ice, so it was slippery and a little challenging to navigate (we have a ski box on the roof so couldn't park in the garage). But that is to be expected in such a big snow year and we were fine.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is about 10 minutes from California Main Lodge. When you walk in the cedar is beautiful and looks appealing. The bed situation is different, you have a bunk bed bedroom that you have to pass through to get to master bedroom.Downstairs are two queen beds in each room. in a main room there are two futons and one twin bed in an open room from the front door so no privacy more like a lounging area. The small appliances need to be updated.I really enjoy a god cup of coffee, unfortunately with a coffee maker that is falling apart that did not happen. The cabin has good points like the open kitchen and the large knotty pine kitchen table. But the couch is on it's last leg worn and old. The comforters and bed sheets are all very worn. For what I paid, $$$$ I would have expected to see nicer things. The house is clean, the bed sheets are clean, but just old and worn not quite my standard. I stay in many rentals all over the world so I like to leave a detailed review so that the next guest knows what situation they are walking into. The property managers are Friendly, helpful,responsive and professional.

Beautiful house and location but terrible amenities

This would have been a great stay and it’s a great home however there were several key things wrong. First and by the worst, was the fact that the refrigerator did not work. The refrigerator side of the unit would was not cold at all and spoiled our food. The freezer side of the unit was not cold enough to freeze the ice cube trays and wouldn’t even be considered cold in a working refrigerator. Even after adjusting the temperature, neither the fridge or freezer got better. Lastly, the oven continued to short out while using. So the food that we left, we couldn’t even cook it…wasted money on groceries that we couldn’t keep fresh or even cook.

The amenities were exactly what we needed. Just like being in your own home. Open consent kitchen/living space was perfect. Not to big, not to small. We would definitely rent again.

There are two bedrooms, living space, full bathroom with laundry downstairs, and two bedrooms, kitchen and living space upstairs. Everything is very clean and well taken care of, and we really enjoyed small touches, bear toys, pictures, and games provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cooking appliances, and the pine view from the windows is amazing. We will definitely rent again in the future!

Xmas @ Lake Tahoe

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Furnace went out second night of our stay(it was also coldest night)! We called in am and they sent someone over within 2-3 hours. It seemed much longer but gas fireplace helped! Needed regular maintenance and this could have been avoided. Furniture in upstairs living room was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. The dryer was vented into house instead of to the outside which is dangerous and we did call it to the management’s attention but was not addressed during our stay. Carpeting in upstairs bedrooms needs cleaning or replaced. Shade in bedroom upstairs needs replacement as is shredded. Downstairs bathroom floor was not clean. Fan in upstairs was filthy when we arrived but was addressed by management. Owners should address issues if want to rent to responsible renters. The management company did issue a credit for night without heat and were very good to work with. I would rent from them again and even consider renting this property if above issues were addressed by owners.

Snow Stay with the Grandkids

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Long weekend with our kids and grandkids before the snow melted. Beautiful weather and lots of snow. Cabin was beautiful and everything was clean. However, the cleaning crew left the dirty laundry from the previous stay in the entryway, and there was so much garbage in the garage (possibly from many stays) and, because of the warm weather it started to smell. Called the management company who apologized and said someone would be by to pick it up. No one came the entire weekend. Supplies were pretty lacking. No soap for the dishwasher. Short on towels. No extra garbage bags. Luckily a maintenance person stopped by on Sunday to fix a leak we didn't have and we begged some bags out of him. One last thing - the TV upstairs is really outdated. Would not work when we got there. Spent over an hour trying to get it on. Then spent quite a bit of time on the phone with a nice gentleman, moving wires, etc., then it worked the entire weekend. Bottom line, beautiful property, but management company needs to step it up a bit. Would definitely stay again, but would bring more stuff with us.
