Beautiful home and location. Love that you access to both the beachfront and the inlet. The pool and hot tub were nice as well. Nothing but wonderful things to say about this entire rental experience.

Great Beach Stay!

Owner communication and check in were great! Everything was very smooth. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes/utensils/glasses. Cannot beat this location! Having beach and causeway access was amazing and gave us double the activities to do with the kids. The paddleboards and kayaks were a hit too!

The house is clean, beautiful, spacious, and welcoming. We so enjoyed the decks with the 2-year-old twins....safe and secure. The views are gorgeous, bedrooms and bathrooms are inviting and comfortable, and the house is equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. It felt like home. And did I mention the elevator? Definitely recommend this one.

Great location and house

You really cant beat this location. People from all over the island drove to see the sunset from this area. The dock is great. We used the kayaks a lot- caught a lot of flounder. The owner, Luci, was very responsive to all questions. Great stay!

2023 Long Memorial Day Weekend

Great place to stay; even with the rainy weather we had. Played board games, watched movies, and fished in the waterway. Very clean and well equipped kitchen.

Heaven on Earth

We LOVED staying at this property. It was absolutely beautiful inside and out and very clean. We loved all of the porches and the pool area. Landscaping was lovely. We felt like we were in a 5 star resort. You can view the sun rising on the back porch and watch it set on the front porch, just amazing! You can tell this home was built and furnished with love and family in mind.The homeowner was so nice, helpful and easy to work with.

OIB is the Best!

81 OIB West is a GREAT house with plenty of space for all of us, not only to sleep, but to eat and congregate for games. The pool and landscaping are beautiful and the walk to the beach is great. The hammocks got lots of use! We saw deer and the nest a turtle laid one night right near the house. The house is supplied well and is was beneficial with our crowd to have a nice sized refrigerator in the kitchen, as well as a full sized one on the ground level. While we did not use them, it was nice to know that the kayaks were available to us. The dock is good, too, and some in our crowd went fishing. Communication with the owner was great. Thank you, Luci!!
