Gorgeous property overlooking the ocean in Palm Coast! Enjoy a beautiful 4th floor view of the ocean from this lovely condo. With plenty of living room seating and a dining room set for 6, there will always be a place for everyone in the family. The kitchen is fully stocked and comes with a coffeemaker and a stackable washer and dryer. There are two master suites in this condo, each with their own ensuite bathroom and king sized bed! The third bedroom as 2 twin beds and there is also a half-bath.

Property is private with guard gate access, full gym, multi-purpose room, club house, cabana by pool and jacuzzi with grill for cooking out.

Enjoy kayaking on the intracoastal with your own private access and boat house. Tennis courts are also at property. Minutes away from Marineland and a short drive to St. Augustine.

The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you.

Service Animals: Pets are not allowed at our beach retreat. If you bring a pet, we will charge your damage deposit for a pet fee plus $100 for the unexpected extra services required to clean the house and you will risk cancellation of your booking. You must let us know if you are bringing a service animal, it's important to let the cleaners know and the office of the condo.

We don't offer refunds or reschedule stays during hurricane season, even if there is an evacuation order. Please purchase trip insurance for your stay if this is a concern.
