If you are looking to enjoy the natural beauty and the captivating views of the Florida Keys, our charming Oceanfront house is the place for you. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the sunrise and the starry night show over the beautiful ocean. They are sure to accompany you in your daydreams. You and your family can enjoy the exclusivity this property will give you, away from the heart of Marathon but yet only 15 minutes from stores and restaurants. Viamarhe is its own little resort, with kayaks, life jackets, and fishing rods at your disposal, volleyball ground, basketball hoop, soccer net, giant chess game, corn hole tables, outdoor bowling, and table games: Domino, Billiards, Ping-Pong, Darts, and Foosball inside. You can also use our provided sand buckets and toy shovels to create your own sand castles. When you're done with the day’s activities you can start dinner on the propane and a charcoal BBQ grill, cook up some s’mores on the fire pit, or sit around the bonfires watching the waves roll in. Our house was made with family comfort and entertainment in mind. The home inside features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, living room, and dining area. Two of the bedrooms have a flat-screen tv and a view of the ocean. The kiddies' first bedroom has two cute nautical theme bunk beds (full on the bottom and twin on the top). You may have two boats on trailers up to 35 Ft. on the property with extra room to park two vehicles.

The property has an additional cabin in the backyard, which is also rented to other people separately and in this case they would share ONLY the laundry and patio games." You should keep this in mind.

The laundry is available to the tenants to wash their personal clothes,
NOTE: We sincerely appreciate that they do not wash the sheets, towels or any bedding in the house, since many times they have not been able to dry it and since they did not enter another rental behind, it gets damp and the clothes get moldy and we have to throw them away, please DO NOT WASH OUR BED LINEN AND TOWELS

The nearest boat ramp is on miles 54, Key West is approximately 50 miles away, Marathon Airport is approximately 3 miles away, Islamorada is approximately 25 miles away in addition to multiple places to enjoy such as Aquarium, restaurants and much more.
The beach is extremely shallow and depends on the tides, as you go deeper into the ocean it gets deeper.
Depending on the time of year, it may be only one foot deep or 3 feet deep if the tide is high.
The seabed only at the entrance may or may not be soft or hard, the sediment. If you want to swim you must go into the ocean to look for the deeper areas, or otherwise we recommend nearby beaches such as Sombrero Beach or Bahia Honda.
You may or may not find Sargasso, insects, objects washed up from the ocean on our beach, really strong winds, etc.
To fish at high tide you can do it in the backyard of the house, but at low tides you should go fishing on the bridges near the property or on both sides of the road.

Max Occupancy (8 people) at any time can not be surpassed or you will be asked to leave.
NO lifeguard on the property, swim at your own risk.

GARBAGE: It is in the BROWN tanks. It is collected on Tuesday and Saturday mornings, you must make sure you take them out the day before (Monday and Friday night)
Place the BROWN tanks near the mailbox. Please enter them after passing the collection truck.

RECYCLING: It is in the BLUE tank and is collected every Saturday morning, it is taken out the day before (Friday night) Place the BLUE tank near the mailbox. Please enter them after passing the collection truck.

PLEASE Do not throw paper towels, feminine hygiene products, or trash in the toilet.
Careful BBQ with external Propane in use.
Please follow all rules and regulations, as we would have to enforce the highest Penalty if any are broken.
