You couldn't have a more perfectly located property. Slopeside right on the mountain at the base of Peak 9. You ski out to the Quicksilver Super 6 lift and can ski right back home. The Beaver Run SuperChair is just barely a block walk away and ski back home. Even the ski school is right there as well as Maggie pond for ice skating.

The building has ski lockers and an elevator to our third floor corner unit condo.

Main street with all its restaurants, shops and activities is a block walk away.

In summer, hiking, horseback riding, water activities are also right in your back yard.

As a special treat, the Breckenridge Stables just a block up the street provide sleigh rides in winter.

Basically you never have to get in a car once you get to the unit. There are even free shuttle buses to take you to the outlets as well as some of the other ski resorts nearby.

The unit itself has one bedroom with a king bed (with a brand new mattress) and a second bedroom with a twin bunk over a full bed. The living room has a QUEEN sofa bed with a 5' foam mattress. Please note that there is a maximum weight limit on the upper bunk bed (twin over full bunk in smaller room) of 160-170 pounds. The bottom bunk is a full bed and can sleep 2 people. We can sometimes have a packnplay in the unit for use by tenants.

Both bathrooms are full bathrooms with tub. The kitchen has all appliances and utensils that you will need for your stay. There is cable TV in each bedroom as well as a large flat screen in the living room which has plenty of seating.

The living room has a gas fireplace and access to a large balcony with a slight view of the mountains. The second bedroom also has access to this balcony. The master has large windows with a wonderful view.

The property has both an indoor and outdoor hot tub on site. It also has an indoor/outdoor shared pool and 3 additional hot tubs right across the street.

There are ski lockers on the main floor (25 cents charge). As well as laundry facilities on every other floor.

There is free parking for the building right out front.

High speed WiFi is included

The condo has newly been renovated as has the entire building and the shared pool.

Snow is not guaranteed.

NO SMOKING. NO PETS.

Ski school info: There are two ski school locations on Peak 9. One is at the bottom of the Quicksilver Super6 for ages 3-13 and that one is right outside our back door (ski in and out), the other is at the Beaver Run Superchair for ages 3-13. That one is just a block walk away and ski home. Both also have nurseries and adult lessons.

We love the town of Breckenridge. It is truly magical!! Spring, summer, fall and winter! Phenomenal weather and so much to do! We saw so many properties but loved Trails End, the location and the amenities are unbeatable: you are not only on the snow at a high speed chairlift but also only a block from main street!

What makes this condo unique

A very relaxing, inviting condo in a fabulous building with all the amenities (indoor outdoor hottubs, pool etc) all newly renovated. You never have to get in a car your whole stay... you ski right out the back door, walk to the heart of town and can take a shuttle for everything else... such a treat! Truly can't be beat!

Just returned from a two week stay at Trails End. The condo was just perfect. It had everything we needed and was home from home. It's location to the slopes was perfect especially after a long days skiing. The hot tub and steam room an added bonus. The condo itself was lovely, quiet warm and cozy and just a short distance from Main St. we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Breckenridge and would book again when next visiting. Nathalie is so easy to deal with always coming back with a quick response to any questions. Had an amazing holiday in an amazing place.

Comfortable true ski-in ski-out condo

We keep returning to this great condo for our annual family skiing trip. It is very comfortable, in a great building with hot tubs etc. Trails End is in a true ski-in, ski-out location and it is also within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. A rare combination that makes life very easy.

Nathalie is a great owner, very responsive and efficient, it's been a pleasure renting her condo and we already look forward to next year.

Great Condo

Condo was great. Nathalie was very responsive throughout the stay, even on the weekend when a plumbing issue was quickly resolved. She also quickly refunded our deposit. This location is great - great access to town, ski school, and to the Quicksilver lift. Bunk beds great for our two kids.

Fantastic location for a true "ski in/ski out" easy access to the slopes and to downtown

This place was absolutely wonderful! Parking was never an issue as a spot was always available, the location of the condo was truly "ski in/ski out" and only a few yards to the base lifts. Coming back after a long day of skiing was easy too. The accommodations were great, clean place and we actually had fun playing the kid board games even though we're all adults... The place was exactly as pictured, and we loved the hot tub. There was plenty of room for 4 people. We had an small issue with the key the first day but the owner was extremely responsive when we needed to get in touch. The only recommendation I would have is to get the knives sharpened as they were a little on the dull side if that's even an issue. The kitchen was plenty big enough for us to have breakfast and lunch and even cooked a dinner one evening. Overall I'd love to return here next time we go to Breck. We absolutely had a blast!!!

Perfect location, very comfortable

My family of four had a blast in this condo at Trail's End. It was just as described and had everything to make us feel at home. Our kids loved the pool. We appreciated the board games and boom box! The only thing I'd recommend upgrading would be a new skillet. The nonstick cookware is passed it's life and breakfast stuck. Otherwise, just right.

Car: not necessary

Fabulous town of Breck with its year round activities. Condo is ski in/ski out AND is walk to town. In summer there are fun festivals not only on all the holidays but on miscellaneous weekends throughout... Not to mention regular art festivals and the Sunday farmer's market just down the block from our condo...Plus the Pro USA bike tour goes through Breck in August! Come get away from the heat and humidity!
