Very clean, very large property. Communication was easy and replies were prompt. Huge outdoor area. Location is nice with a grassy area behind the property. Large grocery store under 10 minutes away. Laundry on site was a nice bonus.

We had a one night stay and the house fit every need. Victor the host answered every question and took care of us when the app had an issue. The house made you feel at home with all the features, and even some you didnt know you needed!! Loved it!

Work stay

This property was generally fine. We stayed at this hosts property a few times and we expected this stay to be similar even though the refrigerator when out at one of his properties we understand that this happens sometimes. But this last stay there we had a misunderstanding about cost for our second day. What was quoted and advertised was not what was charged. Because of that we parted ways on the second day prior to our agreed departure time and didn't stay the night. I was respectful and paid as agreed but will never stay with this host again because I did not feel we were fairly treated. We left the home in great condition. Clean and in order. It was unfortunate that he has left a bad review for us. We did nothing wrong. Fair warning - be sure you are paying what is advertised with this host before you agree to stay. I wish him well but would hope that he won't treat other guests this way.

While we appreciate all feedback from our guests, we must clarify some inaccuracies in your review. Firstly, we want to reiterate that you booked for one night by mistake, and we kindly requested payment for the additional night that you requested to stay. We explained the charges to you in detail and even sent you screenshots of the reservation breakdown. Unfortunately, you seemed to have difficulty understanding the charges and were not willing to pay, which caused some tension between us. We also want to clarify that we did not change the advertised booking price after you booked the property. It is impossible for us to do so.. We urge you to please check the reservation details carefully before booking any property to ensure that you are aware of the total cost of your stay. We want to clarify that the booking rate that you saw on VRBO was the rate for the specific dates that you booked. Our prices change based on demand, and at the time of your booking, the rate for the second night was $190. Furthermore, we would like to emphasize that you did break some of our house rules during your previous stay. Despite this, we did not penalize you and even offered a credit or deduction due to the refrigerator issue that you experienced. We believe that we have been fair and honest in all our dealings with you. Regarding your insinuation that you would leave a bad review as leverage to get a discount, we find this behavior unacceptable. We take pride in providing a high-quality service to all our guests, and we cannot compromise our business and our home for any amount of money. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us, but we hope that we can work together to address any issues and make your future experiences with us more enjoyable. Best regards, Victor
