A very nice house with comfortable beds in a great neighborhood. Hot tub was relaxing and worked well in a very nice backyard to have evening drinks on the patio. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!

My husband and I stayed here while spending 2 days on the track at Laguna. We were looking for someplace close and quiet to rest up after long, active days. The property was very well appointed and in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard and hot tub area were a wonderful oasis each evening. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

A great getaway

This house was awesome! We enjoyed our stay. The house has great features and worked well in every way. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the furniture in the house was comfy. We’d stay here again if ever back in the area. The homeowner was very thorough and responsive.

Wedding weekend

The host was amazingly responsive. 5 bridesmaids spent a wedding weekend. They enjoyed the home and the hot tub. I would highly recommend this property for Salinas and the Monterey peninsula

We didn't use hot tub - it's too far under tree to feel comfortable in it. We had to purchase our own hand soap and paper towels. We could not get the heating system to turnoff - too warm in house. Try communicating with owner he said no AC. All the baking pans did not fit the oven. Nice house hopefully gets more organized.

Clean and spacious close to family!

Liked the backyard amenities. Loved the gas fireplace with comfy outdoor furniture. Most were in spa at one time or another—nice way to end the night. Had to clean BBQ but then it worked well. Liked plugging in the Tesla. Some found the tempurpedic mattresses too hot and soft. Shifted sleeping arrangements on the last night when some family departed. Only 5 minutes drive to Salinas family homes. We might return—will definitely reassign beds if we do 😅

Great little getaway for our weekend trip!

This place was lovely and exactly as advertised. We had a great 2 night stay here and the hot tub atmosphere was absolutely perfect. Victor was on top of all the communication and sent us all the information we needed so that everything went smoothly. Thank you Victor for letting us stay at your wonderful place! I would definitely stay here again!

There is nothing more to say but A+. Our host Victor was prompt with his messages. He made sure we had EVERYTHING and more that we needed to make our stay fabulous. The house was impeccable. Not a spec of dust in sight. The backyard was amazingly beautiful, peaceful and tranquil. A perfect spot to unwind at the end of the day. The spa was Crystal clear with plenty of outdoor lighting. The outside sitting area had very comfortable outdoor couches with a beautiful gas fire pit that put out plenty of heat to keep us comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with not only pots, pans etc, but it also had all the spices needed for cooking a great dinner. Everything in the kitchen was new. The coffee maker was magnificent. The beds were super comfortable and again, everything looked new. I could go on and on.. This house is truly a gem! The host thought of everything you may want and more. We can’t recommend it enough! A+ house. Than you Victor for sharing your home with us. ❤️

Home Away From Home

This property has everything you need and more. Very spacious rooms and areas such as the living room and dining room. Central A/C and heater with a fireplace as well. Hot tub and dining area outside with a fire pit and a BBQ grill. Spacious car garage with a Tesla EV charger and a small gym area, just right. This home can easily fit a family of 8. We can't wait to come back and bring our kids. The host was very helpful and just super amazing. Mahalo (Thank you)
