Most loved for its warm & homey feel, our place is filled with an abundance of natural light via its sky lights, plus domed shaped ceilings are entirely trimmed with wood to highlight the geometric lines. Other notables include its three-story nature-inspired mural wall, three private bedrooms (King, Queen, & Full), a spacious living room with wood burning stove, easy lake access, and a custom geometric wood deck!



Upon arrival, approach our home's circle-window front door, custom made for the home, and enter the dome! Our home is separated into three floors: the upstairs kitchen space, the main floor living room, and the downstairs bedrooms.



As you enter the house, immediately to your right is our spacious living room with epic geometric wood detailing. Furnished with a plush chaise sectional, cozy floor cushions, oversized bean bag chairs, and more, this space is centered around our home's wood burning fireplace (available for use by all guests). Our living room also features a 65" Smart TV, books, and games. Through the living room, directly access our back deck - a hexagon shaped deck built specially for this house, complete with an octagonal picnic table and outdoor lounge seating. A massive nearby shade tree provides the perfect sun cover during the summer months.



Back inside, the upstairs floor of the house is home to the kitchen & half bath. Complete with gorgeous terrazzo tile flooring, a custom geometric butcher block island, and a locally made dining table. Our home is stocked with new appliances, plus all kitchen and cooking essential goods so you can whip up your favorite breakfasts, lunches, or dinners. The kitchen is also our favorite place to enjoy the dome's geometric sky lights and wood trimmed ceilings. Our kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and 2-in-1 coffee maker.



Make your way downstairs to find our home's three private bedrooms - a King, Queen, and Full-size room. Immediately at the bottom of the stairs is our Full-sized bedroom - complete with an upholstered day bed, memory foam mattress, and luxury linens. This room has a ceiling fan, clothes rack, and black out blinds. Next, find our Primary bedroom, complete with a King-size bed with luxury linens & memory foam mattress. This bedroom has a 55-inch Smart TV, seating area, black out curtains and blinds, and a closet with dresser. Finally, at the end of the hallway, find our Queen-size bedroom with luxury memory foam mattress & linens. Complete with a hand-carved 'hand chair', black out blinds, and two closets. The home's full bathroom is also found on the lower level of the home, across the hall from the Primary bedroom. The bathroom is complete with a double-vanity sink, toilet, and walk in shower. On the opposite wall of the vanity, find ample storage and shelving, plus our stackable washer and dryer.



Our property is WALKABLE to Beaver Lake (0.5 mi) with Hickory Creek Marina just 1.1 miles away. Enjoy a private acre of land surrounding our home, including a gas BBQ grill, plenty of outdoor seating, and shade trees. Our gravel driveway and covered carport can park 4+ vehicles. Find firewood for the wood burning stove stocked beneath our covered carport, available for use by all guests.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



The Neighborhood:

Our property is situated on a quiet country road, within walking distance of both Beaver Lake and Hickory Creek Marina.



Other Things to Note:

★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. For more details on burn bans, visit the Arkansas Department of Agriculture - Forestry Division website.

★ Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
