If you are looking for a condo in a quiet setting but with a great location to boot, then look no further! This three bedroom-top floor-corner condo unit (adjacent to the elevator) combines charming mountain coziness and close to 360 degree views with a location that is second to none!

The Condo has twenty foot vaulted ceilings and a spiral staircase leading to the second floor.

The Condo has everything that you are looking for in a Breckenridge vacation rental! Enjoy the early mornings of your vacation by taking in the ski slope views and cooking breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen! Get ready for a long mountain hike or day's skiing adventure just steps from your front door!

Taking the elevator down from your condo for easy access, hop right onto the Four O'clock ski run and cross over to the Snowflake Lift that sits just 200 yards down from your condo building. If you want, you can take Four 0'clock run down into town right to the Breck Connect Gondola that gives you easy access to the Peak 7 & Peak 8 bases. Throughout the day, you are just a few short runs away from getting back to your home away from home; stop back for lunch or duck away from the rest of your skiing group to take in some personal shopping time!

After coming home from your long day of mountain activities, enjoy all the luxuries this condo serves up. Jump on the internet while the kids sit down to one of the many board games provided in the unit. Have a family movie night in the large living area with plenty of seating for everyone. Take advantage of the great clubhouse which is host to a heated indoor pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs.

Tyra Summit

The condo served us very well. Nice ski out, ski in. You do have to cross the street to get on the Snowflake Lift, but not a big deal. Would recommend having a car if you select this property. The shuttle is just a little more than a quarter mile away from the condo, but the walk from the shuttle is up a very steep hill; tough trek when carrying groceries. Overall, a good property.

Perfect location and size for our group of 8! Can’t beat the ski in/out location. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and condo

This place was awesome for our friends ski trip. A true ski in/out, short walk to a indoor and outdoor hot tub, and three large bedrooms! No complains at all, we will definitely stay here again when we come back to Breckinridge!

Great ski in-ski out condo

Our family of 4 enjoyed the spacious, comfortable condo that really is ski in/ski out. It was extremely convenient. The condo is well-equipped, especially for a ski condo (which can often be bare bones). The place did not have a wine opener, which was disappointing on the night we arrived. Fortunately one of the neighbors came through and we then picked one up for the condo at the local grocery store. We would definitely consider staying here again if we come back to Breck. Loved the mountain, even if it is cold here!!

Fabulous condo!

We had 2 couples and 2 single guys for a week at this condo and it was fabulous! The decor is homey and comfortable and one lady who was not skiing LOVED the window seat - she would sit and read her book covered with the handy lap blankets while the rest of us were off skiing. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated that cabinets contained spices, syrup, potatoes for baking....and instant HOT CHOCOLATE to enjoy after a cold day on the slopes. The ski in was SUPER! The ski out was a little challenging for our 78 year old skier as you ski to the road at the bottom of 4 o'clock run and have to remove skis and have to walk across the road and up an incline to Snowflake lift. Thank goodness it was only required once a day! We all highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting Breckenridge!!

Great ski in ski out in Breck

It was a great location. Plenty of room for seven adults. Kitchen will stocked for cooking. Beds are comfortable. Love the spiral staircase and high ceiling in the great room. Elevator was very convenient. Love the view of the 4 o’clock run in the afternoon. Could practically ski up to the elevator. Definitely will stay here again.

Cozy, comfortable condo!!

Great condo for ski in and out! Even with lots of Breckinridge runs closed due to lack of snow, 4 O'Clock was open! The condo was very comfortable for the six of us. We put the three 20 year olds upstairs and the three adults stayed in the two cozy bedrooms downstairs. You have to drive to town, but the ski in and ski out was worth it. We ate lunch at the condo 2 out of 4 ski days, and had a wonderful dinner in the condo one night as well. Good value. All the other comments were right on. Stay here and have fun!!!

Great location and accomodations for the price

We had a blast...easy to ski in each day for lunch which saved us a few $$'s to spend around town in the evening. So close to everything, and the elevator made it so easy to haul our stuff up and down. Great views, very comfy and the kitchen made it easy to prepare all the meals and enjoy family. Would def stay here again.

Couldn't be a more perfect ski in/ski out condo

This condo was almost perfect. It was truly ski in/ski out. There's a shuttle you can call at anytime and pick up up at front door. Amazing. The condo was so very well stocked and even had decent cookware. That never happens on these condos. It was furnished well with plenty of seating for a large party. We had 8 people for part of the week and was amazing with the 3 bedrooms and especially 3 baths. Ruth was awesome to work with and had everything stocked with enough of the necessities to get started before having to go to the grocery store. I'd highly recommend this one to anyone. Thanks Ruth for being such a gracious owner and thinking of people that want to feel at home.

AN amazing condo that felt like being home!

We visited Breckenridge for a ski trip with our family (2 year old and 6 month old) … This condo was beautifully furnished and felt like home! The location was perfect, very easy to ski in and out. The kitchen was fully stocked.. Lighting the beautiful fireplace was a true plus. We will visit again!!

Best condo ever!!

I have rented over a dozen condos for skiing and this was by far the best yet. It is located directly on the Four O'clock Run so we enjoyed watching the skiers as well as having very easy access to skiing. 5 adults and one baby were more than comfortable and the access to the ski runs allowed everyone to come and go off the mountain easily. The fireplace was awesome with a sitting hearth and window seat to watch the skiers. There was plenty of comfortable seating for everyone and it was very spacious. The upstairs bedroom was wonderful and again quite spacious. It was especially nice that each bedroom had it's own full bath. The kitchen was amazing....everything you would need and more. It was as if you were at home...we never needed to run out for extra items like coffee filters, scissors etc. I cannot say enough good things about this place! The indoor pool and hot tubs were also surprisingly nice in the clubhouse. Everything was quite clean and in perfect working order. This would be an excellent condo for 3 couples or a large family.

Cozy and comfortable

This was a beautiful, warm, and comfortable place to come back to at night after a long day out in the winter wonderland. We loved our toasty fire and great views as we woke up or wound down. The place is spacious enough for everyone to find their own space or to get together to wine and dine. Ski in/out is a big plus especially with the elevator so close. We would definitely recommend this wonderful retreat to anyone. P.S. We would highly recommend that anyone planning a trip to high altitude should plan ahead and drink tons of water!!

Best Ski Ecperience Ever

I"ve been skiing throughout the country for almost forty years. This home provided the best accommodation and experience that I have enjoyed yet. First for the skiing. After you've parked your car in the enclosed garage and unpacked, walk out your door, walk about 6 steps to a heated enclosed landing, take the elevator down, step out of another heated landng and 4 or 5 steps later you're on Four O'Clock run. The best comes at the end of the day where you merely retrace these steps and you are inside your condo sitting on nice benches in a large entry where you can take off your boots and ski gear in the comfortable, warm confines of your home. Ski racks, shelves and hangers are right there to hang your skis and parkas. Grab a beer, pour a gass of wine, turn on the gas fireplace, kick back and watch from your balcony as skiers head down right under you on Four O'Clock Run and the end of the day. After you've unwound, head down the elevator and in another 25 steps you are at the clubhouse which has an indorr hottub and an outdoor hottub which also has a great view of Four O'Clock Run. As for the actual home-simply perfect! Three bedrooms, all with their own baths. Best, when it's time to get cleaned up turn on the hot water and here it comes, almost instantly. And, the water pressure is high, no trickle here. As you enter the home you walk through the entry way, and into the great room which has soaring ceilings, (must be 25 feet high). The great room is extremely large for a condo and encompasses an open arrangement including the kitchen, dining area and lounge. A beautiful fireplace frames the room with two nice, blinker windows at both sides that provide additional viewing of the ski run. To the left and under the blinker window is a cozy window seat that provides a perfect place to sit, read, and sip a beer or glass of wine. The entire condo is furnised with tasteful anitique items. So, as you can see we had a wonderful time. The fox that came out early in the morning and in the evening and policed Four O'Clock Run was a special treat. He/she must be kind of the neighborhood pet because when called he pranced right up to the balcony. The ice sculpture show was also in town over the weekend. It's impossible to describe what these artists can do out of a hunk of ice. You can't go wrong with renting this home!

Wonderful Condo!

We had the pleasure of leasing this Tyra Summit condo for a FANTASTIC experience! If you enjoy a class A mountain, extremely comfortable and open condo, outstanding views of the peaks, warm fire, bay windows for ultimate relaxation while viewing of the runs, upgraded kitchen, AND the ultimate definition of ski in ski out - CAN YOU SAY ELEVATOR? ... then look no further. Sign the rental agreement now. My heartfelt thanks to the owners who were more than accommodating and set the bar high for future trips to Breckenridge. We will be back, again and again! Thank you. Amazing accommodations!

We had our annual extended family xmas ski trip in Breckenridge this year and we could not be more pleased with our accommodations! We had 5 adults and 4 children (ages 4 - 14) and had more than enough space. Ski in ski out was a dream! Go down the elevator and you are on the trail. Couldn't be more perfect. The condo was very well appointed, cozy and comfortable. The gas fireplace was so awesome. One click and the ambiance and nice heat were The kitchen was very well equipped and we had all lunches and dinners in! The living area has plenty of seating. There are nooks where people can sneak away for some quiet time. The dining table worked well with the stools for the kids. The entry area is well designed with plenty of hooks for coats, ski pants, helmets, skis and boots! Tvs are everywhere (tho we never turned them on). The master suite upstairs is VERY comfortable. All baths were very well equipped with more than enough towels and soap etc. Thank you for providing a wonderful home for us to stay in! We would highly recommend this place!!

Perfect Family GetTtogether

We had eight adults spend four nights here over Thanksgiving and it was perfect. The unit is well equiped and very roomy. We could ski down to the lift, and ski right to the condo at the end of the day. But the unit is comfortable enough to stay in and not even ski. My 23 year old daughter enjoyed the selection of Dvd's. Nice big well equiped kitchen. We had a wonderful family Thanksgiving get together!!

My husband and I live in sunny South Florida, we have one son and one four legged daughter (Coco Bella). We enjoy biking and hiking. I'm also an avid amateur photographer and the scenery doesn't get any better than Breckenridge for pictures.

Our son had frequented Breckenridge for years and one spring we went along. We fell in love with the natural beauty of the mountains. Main St. was picturesque, we looked at property our first trip out there and closed on our condo 5 months later. We are looking forward to many more years of enjoying the fresh mountain air and time with family (hopefully with some grandkids in tow).

We have a custom built window seat that we outfitted with comfy pillows and blankets that is perfect for cuddling up and watching the skiers and snowboarders. Our kitchen is well stocked and perfect for cooking up quick lunches for afternoon breaks from the slopes or gourmet fair for your family and friends. Another unique feature is my husband has made almost all the window treatments and furniture including the upholstered headboards.
