31 Palms is a tranquil, lovely furnished home away from home. 31 Palms offers a well stocked kitchen, space to complete work if necessary and best of all a backyard Oasis complete with solar heated salt water pool, Tiki Bar, Fire Pit & multiple entertainment areas, which backs onto a community park. Our location is close to Spring Training, Stadium & Nascar facilities. Hiking, restaurants, day trip destinations are just a moment away

We loved this property! It was very clean & exactly as the pictures depicted.

My family was here to visit my oldest son who works for the Royals, so the proximity to spring training facilities was key. We also really enjoyed the outdoor space this home offered. The homeowners were quick to respond to a few questions we had during our stay. We didn’t want to leave & would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks again!
