PRIME LOCATION TO STATE FARM STADIUM! HOME OF THE 2024 NCAA FINAL FOUR TOURNAMENT! Approx distance from residence is 4 miles, Have fun, relax or do a little of both in our 2 Bedroom/2 Bath outdoor retreat. Sleeps up to 6. We offer a pool/spa (small fee for heating of spa only), a putting green, cornhole, foosball, three backyard patios/sitting areas and a small patio in the front to relax with your morning coffee. View the Peoria Pines Golf course from the back yard or walk around the corner to play a round yourself. Cable with HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, and Stars with sports package included on living room TV.

Guest vacation registration form must be completed prior to check-in. Once that is completed an access code will be provided from the host

We are PMI Phoenix Golden West and we are here to make your vacation and stay as comfortable as possible!

Private quite neighborhood with a golf course in walking distance, shopping and restaurants nearby or get on the 101 and jet downtown and enjoy State Farm Stadium, Chase Field, Gila River Arena, Comerica Theatre! Not to mention hiking at the White Tank Mountains! Come and enjoy Arizona and when you're done exploring, relax and enjoy the private pool at the house!

Golf course walk for enjoyment at sunset, Hwy 101 will take you to downtown or to Hwy 17 North if you're going to visit Northern Arizona!

Had a great time in Peoria relaxing, swimming, and golfing. The house is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. It was just me and my wife but there is a plenty of room if you bring your whole crew. The host is super responsive. The backyard is a mini oasis.

The location was perfect for our stay. We had so many options, spring training, Top Golf, Pop Stroke, and shopping malls. The house was perfect, everything we needed and was in a quiet secure neighborhood. The check in and check out were easy and James was a good host that made our wonderful stay one to remember . We did need to turn up the hot tub in the evenings. It was wonderful though! We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub! It was the perfect setup!As far as cooking and kitchen supplies go, we had the essentials. I do like to cook a lot and use a variety of different cooking utensils.The only two things that I needed that wasn’t available was a garlic press and a handheld blender.We did make use of the regular blender though!

Communications with the host were great. Almost everything we needed was there. The spa heats up fast. My only complaint is the beds should be replaced.

We loved the house. It was perfect for visiting friends and family in phoenix. Kitchen had everything we needed and lots of seating was much appreciated. My mother fell and broke her hip while we were in town and ended up in the hospital and since we will be coming more often to visit her, we would definitely stay again.

I would definitely stay here again. James was an attentive host and response time was excellent. It was extremely hot during our stay so the pool was very hot and we did not notice a change in the temperature of the hot tub but the jets worked nicely!The area is quiet and peaceful. The pool and backyard attached to a nice large kitchen and living space made the stay feel resortish!The beds and pillows were very comfortable! Great place!!

Great house for family

We had a great time staying at this house, there are o my two bedrooms so if you don’t mind using an air mattress then no problem. Pool and hot tub are well maintained and was the highlight for my kids . I definitely would recommend staying at this house

In the pool all day. Dinner on patio. House was a beautiful and clean retreat when temps we high. Close to everything. Managers were very accommodating and easy to reach. Made sure we had everything we needed. Hope to come back again!

Good stay

Clean. Perfect for what we needed. Hot tub wouldnt get all the way up to temp but host was working with us. Thank you for the nice stay.
