Unit 701 is located on the 7th floor facing the Atlantic Ocean. The unit provides you and your family with a wonderfully safe place to relax, unwind and enjoy a tropical paradise in our quaint beachy town. From unique dining to long sandy beaches…New Smyrna Beach is a great place for a family-friendly experience for your Florida vacation. This unit features all tile floors and a tropical theme throughout. Also, each bedroom PLUS the living room have a TV. There is one recliner, a love seat and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons (heartbeats!). Very beachy and well appointed. This unit exudes happiness!

Thank you for your review. We enjoyed having you and hope you can stay again in the future. The elevator was having an issue. We had just finished a construction project which took a toll on the elevator. Our elevator company was delayed in completing their refurbishment after the construction. A $93,000 elevator upgrade is being done over the next few months. It was all safe and had passed inspections - it just was really beat-up during construction. Sorry that you had to deal with that issue.
