Point East is a small well maintained beach community which has just undergone a complete renovation of the grounds. The building is 3 stories tall and our unit is located on the top floor, just 2 units away from the elevator.

New Smyrna Beach is conveniently located just 1 hour from the Orlando International Airport as well as the Orlando theme parks and attractions. It is also just 30 minutes from Daytona and the famous international speedway. The unit is walkable to many restaurants, an ice cream shop, and the Dollar General for your grocery shopping needs.
