There were a series of things that were poor. The condo was poorly maintained, entry pad did not work, internet was poor. It was an expensive room and not worth the price.

A great time

Our condo was clean and well supplied. While small, the layout was great. The balcony was nice and large. We loved our view of the ocean from the balcony side and the side of the condo. All the procedures were easy to follow - a little on the expensive side though. I would definitely come back and would recommend it to others.

Another great March in NSB

The condo had beautiful views and was very clean. The owners were very accommodating, and quick to respond. The pools were great, and the beach was perfect. NSB continues to be a great place for a family vacation.

Great condo!

Condo is very well equipped in all areas. The beds are comfortable. The location and pool, and the beach were all great. Would love to stay here again. Only thing needed is a new bathroom fan in the main bedroom bathroom.

Relaxing and beautiful view

The condo was clean and very accommodating. There were plenary of kitchen appliances to cook in. The pool and property was well maintained. The balcony view is incredible. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

We loved our stay here. The guest left a bottle of wine and note since this was Valentine Weekend. Loved the view with the corner balcony. The place had everything we needed and we definitely will be back if the place is available. Great relaxing few days to get away from winter. Thanks again

Beautiful just as advertised!!

This was our first time staying in New Smyrna beach and this rental was perfect for us. We traveled with 6 three teen boys. Everything you need for the beach was there, towels, chairs etc. it was great! The property was quiet and clean, everyone was so kind and respectful!! Would stay here again for sure!

This property is the perfect location & view on the beach. I was disappointed that the windows were being renovated or something -- because the blinds really could not be opened & we did not have the advantage of the corner view

The property managers were very helpful with construction issues during our stay. They made sure we had a good 2 week visit. A lot of elevator issues which made things hard.

Everything at this condo was accurately presented. When we had a question, Florida Vacay was immediately available and helpful. The beach was gorgeous. Although the condo was pet friendly, the outdoor property was definitely not welcoming to pets.

On the beach in NSB

We had a great time and really liked the corner unit. Wonderful accommodations for 4-5 would have been crowed with 6. Plenty of towels and kitchen necessities. I guess they are working on getting new blinds in living room. That was the only thing different from picture.

great potential

great location corner condo which gave excellent ocean view had we been able to use the balcony. Was told painter would have to close our balcony for 3 to 4 days. Turned out to be three weeks.

A perfect condo, a beautiful location, a fantastic ocean view a lovely place to stay. We enjoyed our week at seacoast condo and we’re close to restaurants and shopping. Due to the hurricane the steps to the ocean or blown away. We had to go down to Flagler Avenue and pay $20 a day to get on the ocean. We can’t do anything about mother nature. I highly recommend this condo. Linda

Ac went out so first two nights warm Had to order a part We were moved across the way from ocean fron to ocean view Construction every day during the week Loud awful noise Balcony dirty from construction so ocean view was not enjoyed Talked to managing company Never a manager Felt like the small compensation was an insult for having a horrible week!

Kathy, we are saddened and surprised to receive this review. When you contacted our office that your ac was not working, we immediately started working to get it fixed. The repair tech was out that day in attempts to repair it but unfortunately, a part was needed which had to be special ordered. Once we were aware that the ac would not be repaired quickly, our staff began searching for other options that could host your reservation with a dog during the busy Summer season. We were able to find one option available at the same property for your relocation and you were also offered to receive a full refund if you did not wish to relocate. When things out of our control happen, our staff is available 24/7 to assist and to offer fair solutions, like we did for your reservation. We are sorry to hear you were displeased with the option you selected and hope we can make it up to you if you decide to rent in New Smyrna Beach again.

stop spraying so much!!

the trip was great, the only main problem was they spray heavily every morning for bugs! it's so toxic and poisonous i couldn't breathe! everywhere we went they were spraying so much poison all over the condo! i was ready to go back to PA where i could breathe. i felt bad even making my dog walk in the grass with it. if you have asthma or any respiratory condition stay away. no wonder the bees r dying. gag! condo had everything we needed tho just wish it was cleaner. the property manager was great and helped us with any concerns we had!

Not What I Expected

Overall I would say that this property is falsely advertised. It is listed as "pet friendly." IT IS NOT!!! You cannot take your pet ANYWHERE on the property. You must go off property with your pet for him/her to do his business. No pets are allowed on the beach either! If you are a smoker (which I am not), you are SOL!! No smoking allowed anywhere except this little corner by the exit gate completely open to the elements. You are not told any of this until AFTER they get your money if at all. This property was under renovation while we were there. The large window in the living room area had been newly dry-walled and replastered. That's it! No paint; no window treatments. Completely visible to anyone and everyone, especially at night if a light is on. The entrance door is under repair and the dead bolt has been removed. If I had known these things I would never have rented this property. Of course, you don't get your money back once booked. We disliked it so much that we left 2 days early. Here's a few more gripes: no beach umbrella provided; bring your own no tissues or bath soap provided; bring your own the area rug in the living area needs to be replaced lots of knicks in the tile floors I will say that the view is great! You are right on the ocean and can see it from just about anywhere in the condo. This condo is an end unit. The bed in the master was very comfortable. This condo has two full baths. Other than that, I hated it. I will never book through Florida Vacay again. They falsely advertise!!!

Rosemary, we do not manage the property, only the vacation rentals for the condo you booked. This condo is dog friendly and nowhere do we advertise that dogs are allowed on the beach. There are dog walking areas on the property and there is a dog beach a short drive away from the condo. Dogs are not permitted on beaches in Volusia County or in most other public Florida beaches. Since you are a Florida resident, we are surprised that you are not aware of this standard for Florida beaches. This information can also be found through a quick google search or provided if you had inquired when you booked. We have hosted many stays where our guests brought along their furry family members without issue following the property rules (which we do not control.) Our staff is available 7 days a week to answer any questions potential renters may have regarding the beach, property, or condo rules.

Great oceanfront views And ocean sounds

Overall a very clean and comfortable condo. Was wonderful being able to bring our little dog and he loved it on the balcony! The kitchen is really small and not as well stocked as other condos we've stayed in. With that being said we didn't cook any meals and had everything we needed so it didn't matter.
