About the host
Hosted by Robert Sachs
We've owned and lived in this property since 2008. Now retired, we spend a considerable amount of time abroad but still feel so connected to our local Boulder community and do not wish to part with the house.
Why they chose this property
Our subdivision, Greenbelt Meadows, is very tight-knit and a very social place. The neighborhood gets a lot of pedestrian traffic, with folks out strolling and walking their dogs. The house is one of the subdivision's larger floor plans and sitting on a corner lot enjoys unobstructed views.

Located an easy walk to the East Boulder Rec Center complex and ball fields and neighborhood parks, as well as the extensive trail system accessible right across the street. Also, the Table Mesa Park 'n Ride facility, one of Boulder's main transit nodes is just a 2-minute car trip away.
