Located in a private north Knoxville setting. Under 15 minutes to downtown Knoxville or the University of Tennessee. Under 25 minutes to McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS), Turkey Creek Shopping Center or Norris Lake. 50 minutes to Pigeon Forge/Dollywood..

The Space:
Sleeps 17: 9 beds in 7 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms (two walk in showers, two tubs, two
hot water heaters), a backyard living space, parking space for 7 cars with overflow
parking. 2 kitchens fully equipped each with a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Two
sets of laundry machines provided. Main dining room seats 8, second dining area has a
table that seats 6 with a breakfast bar that seats 3. Parking is abundant; gravel pull
through can accommodate trailers. 3 outdoor sitting areas.

Guest Access:
We send the check-in instructions at approximately 10 AM Eastern on the day of check-
in. A door code will be included in the instruction which will be inoperable until the
standard check-in time of 3:30 PM EST. The door code becomes invalid at 10 AM EST.
Eastern on the day of check-out. Please let us know right away if you are wanting to check-in early or checking out late.

Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

This property is close enough to town for all delivery services to cover including Uber and Lyft. Knoxville is known for our outdoor activities including hiking, water related recreating, has some awesome bikes parks, disk golf, dog parks, and many other outdoor areas. Downtown is fun too!

The maximum sleeping capacity is 17.

Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be
charged $50 per person per night.

Standard check-in time is at 3 PM Eastern. Early check-in requests are subject to
availability. Check-ins before 11 AM Eastern will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate.

Standard check-out time is at 11 AM Eastern. Late check-out requests are subject to
availability. Late check out policy: 50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM Eastern; 75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM Eastern.

Note: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID to pass through our verification portal. Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information primarily intended for additional verification. Some guests may be required a security deposit (excludes Airbnb guests). A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property but we charge a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $125 per stay.
