Our stunning home features a vibrant color palette, street and pop art on the walls, and various details that pay homage to Palm Springs and surrounding areas. It all comes together to create a playful and inviting atmosphere. But the fun doesn't stop there! Our beautifully renovated bathrooms offer the perfect spot to refresh and recharge after a long day of soaking up the desert sun.

With four bedrooms and a total of six beds, our home is perfect for families, friends, or couples seeking a relaxing getaway. Our guests can take advantage of the large pool and spa framed by gorgeous south and west facing mountain views. Whether you're sipping on a cool drink or lounging on a pool float, our outdoor space is the perfect spot to soak up the sun and enjoy the stunning Palm Springs scenery.

At Pop Art Oasis, you'll have everything you need for a truly unforgettable vacation, from comfortable beds to a fully equipped kitchen, as well as plenty of space to unwind and make memories with your loved ones. We can't wait to host you!

BEDROOMS:
This 4 bedroom home has 1 master bedroom featuring a king bed and updated attached bathroom with gorgeous marble tiling. Guest room 1 features 2 twin beds, guest room 2 features 2 full beds, and guest room 3 features 1 queen bed. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

KITCHEN & DINING:
Enjoy cooking in the well-equipped modern kitchen. The center island provides plenty of prep space. The dining table allows for groups to enjoy meals together while taking in views of the beautiful pool.

FLOOR PLAN:
When you walk into the home, you walk into a fully open floor plan with kitchen, dining, and living room all connected. To the right of the main living area is the master suite. To the left of the main living room is where you will find the 3 other bedrooms and guest bathroom.

OUTDOOR AREAS:
Outdoor living at its finest with a large heated pool and spa. Sun bathe on the loungers or hammock. Relax in the shade under the gazebo. Enjoy outdoor cooking with the BBQ. Roast marshmallows or stargaze by the fire pit. All with Mountain View’s in the west and south sides of the property.

*don’t forget to check out the world famous Bob Hope house - clear view of the mountain estate from the front of the property.

Please read the house rules carefully and share them with all booked guests. The City of Palm Springs prohibits amplified noise (including music) outdoors at all times. Violations of PS Noise Ordinance can result in a $500 citation and three citations result in a revocation of our short-term vacation rental permit. While we do not make these rules, we do enforce them, so we appreciate your adherence, which will allow others to continue to enjoy our home.

Maximum of 8 overnight guests and 12 daytime guests.

** The City of Palm Springs charges a 12.5% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) on stays of less than 28 days. This tax will be collected SEPARATE from your booking/payment.**

*** The airport is 3 mins away, and just like almost anywhere in Palm Springs, you will hear some of the airplane's take off / landing during your stay.
