This ground floor unit is only steps away from the white sand of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intra-coastal waterway. It is an ideal retreat for a comfortable and rejuvenating stay, located close to the beautiful and historic city of St. Augustine. We believe it’s the ultimate location to experience fun-filled Florida the way it should be.
The Coquina is a family oriented complex with only 40 units. Walk outside the sliding glass doors of this unit and sit on the patio and enjoy the view and the sounds of the surf or take a few more steps to the pool. You can also enjoy the ocean view from the upper deck where grills and picnic tables are provided for your enjoyment. A tennis court and basketball goal are also included on the property.
Nearby attractions include: Marineland-now a dolphin conservation center offering numerous ways to interact with Atlantic bottlenose dolphins. Discover the oceanfront playground that has delighted visitors since 1938.
Washington Oaks Garden State Park which is part of Bella Vista Plantation. and well known for its roses, camellias and azaleas as well as exotic plants from around the world. The formal gardens are the centerpiece of the park but it is also famous for the shoreline of coquina rock formations. Enjoy picnicking and fishing along the Mantanzas River or hiking and birdwatching thru the numerous trails.

Hi Danielle. Your Apt was Lovely. It does need more electrical outlets. Just to let you know..i tried using your blender and it did not work. The mattresses could be upgraded as we sunk in the middle. Also needed is a Black Out Curtain on the Bedroom Window. We hung w/tape dark plastic trash bags to keep the early morning light out. Your Showers were Very Nice. thank you. Our biggest Need was a good Rest /Sleep and every day except Sunday a Contractor Machine began motor and Beeped Consistently Outside my Bedroom Window early in the morning. Late night (as one should be able to do on Vacation/Rest) and early morning noise outside bedroom window is Non-Productive for what we went for. I understand that Construction must be done but there should be the Realization w/ Orders from Owner not to start until your guest have time to experience a restful morning. To SEE To That is Looking out for Your Guests and what they paid for to come and stay. We were robbed of our rest. Nancy and David
