There is something for everyone here at the Lake, whether you are looking for a family friendly vacation, romantic getaway, outdoor adventure, shopping trip, or a round of golf or like to play PICKLEBALL. This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom newly updated condo that sleeps 6. Located in the family friendly complex of Indian Pointe Condominiums.

Indian Pointe is situated right on the MAIN channel at the 17-mile marker. Besides its magnificent view, this complex offers the following amenities:
• THREE onsite pools, two are heated and lakefront and the other is unheated up on the hill, all with spectacular views.
• Multipurpose Court (Tennis, Basketball, Shuffleboard)
• Fishing from the docks
• Lakefront Boardwalk
• Lake Access
• Slip rental upon request and based on availability.

By water or by land this unit is conveniently located. Walmart and Hyvee are closely located for groceries and drinks. If you need a night off from cooking, it is located a quick boat ride or car ride to many great waterfront restaurants, such as Redhead Yacht Club, Dog Days, Backwater Jacks, and for breakfast you are close to First Watch or the Rusty Rooster. The Outlet mall, putt putt golf, and go carting can be found only a few miles away.

You don't even have to leave bed for a speculator view of water and boats. This master bedroom is lined with a large floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the lake. It also has a king-sized bed, flat screen tv, Roku, and a private bathroom.

The second bedroom features a queen bed that sleep 2 guest, flat screen tv, and Roku.

Living area includes a queen-sized sofa bed that sleeps 2 additional guests, flat screen tv, Roku, sliding glass doors that lead to the patio, and plenty of room to lounge and relax.

***NOTE: We do have a camera at the front door of the condo.

To make your stay more enjoyable we give you the convenience of traveling light. We supply linens, bath towels, 2 paper towel rolls, 10 garbage bags, 6 rolls of toilet paper, and soaps (such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and laundry detergent). We also have a washer and dryer for your extended stays.

No trailer parking or boat launch available at this location.

*List of complex rules provided after booking. Guest responsible for any fines issued to them due to their negligence
*Excessive mess after departure could result in additional cleaning fees.
*Guest responsible for any damages they cause
*Quiet hours: 10pm-7am
*Pools open Memorial weekend and close after Labor Day weekend
*Cancellation policy stands regardless of illness or weather. Travel insurance is recommended.
