East Austin 3 bedroom home w/ pet friendly yard

Only minutes from SXSW, Rainey Street & downtown Austin. Also very close to the airport & COTA! Beautiful new home, built in 2016, very clean. We have fast Google Fiber internet and WiFi. Master suite is on the first floor and has lovely bathroom with jetted tub. Other two bedrooms are upstairs with a full bath.

Great stay

Everybody loved the place and Erik was a great Host, So helpful for everything that we needed. we definitely will stay there again

Good with a glitch.

We had a good stay overall. Glitches - there was leak in the ceiling during an extremely heavy rain. We contacted Erik and he called within five minutes. He offered to help us find other accomodation but we decided to stay because we were four minutes from our venue. The leak didn’t cause any problems for us. The other glitch was not enough towels for everybody. Thank you, Erik, for your concern and vigilance!!
