Beds are adequate. Great space to hang out, plenty of seating. Bath is dated and tub plumbing is not draining correctly. Loved the coffee service and toaster oven. The little deck was fun to relax on in the evenings.Host was awesome.

Beware staying during warm months

Overall, the apartment itself was great. It’s a two unit building, check in process was smooth, communication with the host was great, the property was clean and well maintained, well stocked with amenities, and furnished well. 3 downsides, which were big, was that you couldn’t open any of the windows in apartment #1. They were all sealed/painted shut and covered with plastic from the inside. It was 87° that day and when we checked in the apartment was probably 80+ degrees. The host had put fans in all of the rooms, which was very nice, but unless we left the front door and the back door open (with no screens) there was no way to cool off the space and we spent the night VERY hot. There was also no Wi-Fi, or at least it was not provided to us or posted anywhere in the unit, and the beds were old and very uncomfortable.

What was disappointing was the bathroom. Cleanliness was not good. There were black rugs around the toilet that had clearly had particulate matter on them. Then they were covered over with more bath rugs, and bath mats instead of being cleaned from the ground up. The rest of the house is clean and relatively comfortable. Location was OK though we heard gunshot noises at 1:15 in the morning. House is a little rough around the edges but doable.
