About this property

Luxury beach house perfect for big families

New Smyrna Beach is what coastal living magazine calls Florida’s best beach for families. Our hone is directly on the Atlantic and we enjoy eating on the deck watching the dolphins listening to the waves. We just fully remodeled our home and use it for our own family when it’s not rented. It is full of light and super comfortable. It is fully furnished and ready to host your family for a weekend or longer. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. We hope you use our beach chairs, beach toys, basketball goal, boogie boards, or anything else we have. If it’s in the house you’re welcome to use it. We don’t rent to renters under 25 and this isn’t the rental for you if you like to party all night. We are in a quiet residential neighborhood and can’t allow noise outside the home after 10pm. Please use the entire home as if it were your own. We are just a text away to help with the house or restaurant suggestions. Our home is located on a non driving section of the beach about 10 minutes driving from Flagler avenue restaurants and shopping.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Beautiful NSB

If waking up to a full house view of sunrise over the ocean and having your coffee on an expansive deck watching dolphins & pelicans sail by while filling your lungs with warm salt air is your idea of the perfect way to begin your day, then this is the place to be… quiet neighborhood and a beach that feels like it’s all your own. NSB has something for everyone. We will be returning again and again.
