Old West Tampa is one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city. Lots of unique homes. It is quite a family-oriented neighborhood in the heart of South Tampa.

Super close to the best bars and restaurants in Tampa on Howard Ave. Very close to Downtown and all of the major highways. Great location, Uber, Lyft are readily available! Public transit is a few blocks away!

The outside of the building is not glamorous, not much work was done to the outside so it is a little rough looking. So it is possible this listing is not for everyone, especially if you are only used to newly build properties. The building was originally constructed in 1910 and was most likely a historic carriage house at one point.

* If the property is left in a "mess" beyond a reasonable living standard, trash left everywhere, the smell of smoke, disregard for the property, etc. An additional cleaning fee will be requested through Airbnb in order to cover the costs associated with bringing the property back up to rentable condition.
