Great for a couple looking to explore Tampa on a budget. The outside of the building is not the prettiest so it is possible this unit is not for everyone. The inside of the unit is fully renovated. We were able to get in with no problem.The stove there was a stain on it that. I couldn’t get off but we didn’t cook anything. Overall the house was very very nice. The neighbor that stayed up all night long from like two in the morning to 6 AM in the morning I mean the person upstairs. The bed was way too small. My husband 6’3.

The property is as advertised . Parking space is provided and it was clean. My main gripe is the lack of space to put your clothing, no dresser nor shelf space in the closet. The bathroom is tiny with limited vanity space, but the shower is spacious. All in all it served me well and it was a great value. Good neighborhood and close to almost everything I needed. If you're traveling alone, its a great deal. Two people might be cramped, but im 6'2 225 so maybe its just me.
