Spend your summer at the beach! Located four blocks from the beach and one block from the newly renovated Jarboe Park. 5 minute bike ride to the beaches town center with many restaurants and shops. Open floor plan with combined living space/kitchen/dining room. Remodeled bathrooms. Bright kid's playroom. Fenced-in back yard with outdoor dining table on porch, outdoor 65-inch tv, kid's play fort, and brand new hot tub. Perfect for families but a great fit for anyone who likes the sea breeze.
