Welcome to our safe, gated community in the heart of Phoenix, near Super Bowl LVII & the PGA WM Phoenix Open, 10 min drive to the State Farm stadium. Our home is surrounded by parks, shopping centers/malls, Adults & children play grounds, eateries and all sorts of dining experiences. Wanna skip the super bowl traffic? There's 10 different ways to get there & back.

The space
3 spacious bedrooms with queen size beds and convenient smart charging stations, large smart TV lounging area, kitchen with island and dining for 6. You will enjoy the neighborhood, close proximity to most things you need or want to do.
Guest access
Guest can access ALL parts of the house except locked areas like supply closet or garage. Parking space is provided for 2 cars on the driveway. If you would like to park in the garage, please let us know and we can work something out. The garage is monitored so no privacy is expected here as this is not a normal guest area but we can accommodate guest that wants to park inside and don't mind the security devices (this is so Amazon can deliver to the garage, so please don't expect this camera to be turned off. Other than this 2 areas, feel free to roam the whole premises inside and outside.
Other things to note
Please no parking in the rocks or on streets. Also beware of children playing in the streets and obey posted signs and speed limits. This is a family friendly zone, that's why kids are around. Dead quiet at night though!
