Beautiful Home; So many amenities

This home was amazing. It was very clean and offered many essentials beyond what most rentals offer. The location, layout of the house and the pool were just right. I would highly recommend staying at this property. My family had a great vacation while staying here. Thank you!

HOT 4th of July!

Everything was perfect. Hot out but you would not know it either enjoying the pool or relaxing in the AC. House has perfect layout. We will visit again!

Father's Day weekend

Enjoyed Father's day weekend at Sun Of a Beach. Loved everything about the rental. Able to take our dog who enjoyed the pet door for easy in and out access. The pool was enjoyable and location great. Property manager offered convenient beach cart rental that was delivered and picked up so i did3have to make sepadtrips.

Perfect Family and Pooch Vacay

We loved this property and plan to rent again. Great open floor plan for family time. Huge kitchen for cooking and the pool was great for lounging away from the beach. Very pet friendly. The beds, pillows and couches were comfy. We have had issues with poor mattresses in other rentals but not here. We all enjoyed our stay. Only tip is to bring a couple throws or blankets for couch time and lounging.

House is clean and very nice. Plenty of room for our group of eight. Everything we could’ve wanted or needed while we were there was provided. We had one issue with the tv in the living room and one of the bedrooms and they were out to fix it immediately. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Loved this place

Sun of a Beach! We absolutely loved staying here. Our top favorite thing was having the beautiful pool right outside the French doors and visible from most of the rooms. We spent hours in it! The house is very attractive and thoughtfully put together. Every kitchen tool you could possibly need is in the kitchen. There’s a ping pong table in the garage, along with lots of beach toys and equipment. The yard is fenced and there’s a dog door, so my dogs went in and out as they wished. The property managers were super helpful and left a nice welcome basket. I could go on and on! Rest assured we will be back! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Son of a Gun, We Had Some Fun!

Reviewer Comments: I don't know where we could have found amore beautifully designed and furnished place in Port Aransas than the "Sun of a Beach" vacation home. No kitschy, neon colors or plaster fish swimming on the bathroom walls here. This rental is a well-appointed, comfortable home with plenty of room for a large family that enjoys being together but also wants some personal space to find calm. The kitchen is a dream, with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal and a dining table that can seat ten people comfortably. The private pool is a wonderful place to start the day with an energizing splash or lounge after dinner. The New Wave staff is extremely responsive, accommodating and professional when issues came up. Our electric golf cart rental was delivered early and retrieved at the time we requested. The only "issue" we had was a slight problem with the security keypad at the front entrance and it was taken care of within an hour after we notified staff. THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO STAY!

Each reservation will find a welcome basket when they arrive at our property. The basket includes items from local business partners as well as a Protect Port A trash bag. Use the bag to collect beach trash, then return the full bag to our office in exchange for a local gift certificate to be used during their stay and help keep our beaches cleaner than when you arrive.
