Hello, I'm Kevin and I'd like to welcome you to this newly renovated, 2 bed/2 bath home, with 1,558 square feet of living space in Vallejo Heights. This home has stunning views overlooking the Napa River, San Pablo Bay, Mare Island & Mount Tamalpais. You can even see the arches of the Golden Gate Bridge from the deck & great room at the rear of the home on clear days. The price & property includes high-speed internet, Ring security cameras, trash, water and all other utilities. This home sits on a beautiful 10,000 square foot lot with a fire pit, deck & a fully fenced-in yard for any pets you may have. In the front of the property, there are a total of 3 designated parking spots in the 2 driveways, plus street parking for another vehicle, if needed. Enjoy high-end leather seating, desks/work areas, fireplaces & smart TV's in both the family room and the great room. There's also two full kitchens, including granite countertops in the larger one. Both kitchens have brand-new appliances & dishwashers. The laundry room has a new washer & dryer set. Both bedrooms have queen beds & dressers, with the front even having a vanity. As for what's nearby, you're 5 minutes (1.1 miles) from the ferry terminal that takes you directly to San Francisco & 20 minutes from Napa by car. It's at the very top of Vallejo Heights, with amazing views on both sides of the home & nightly sunsets to the rear. This is one of Vallejo's safest neighborhoods, with a green indicator (best rating) on the crime map. If you need a car during your stay, feel free to ask about renting the 2021 Tesla Model 3 at the property through Turo.

Views did not disappoint!

We enjoyed the property view and access to the back deck areas. During our entire one month stay, Kevin responded to all our questions and needs immediately and was very accommodating.
