Great location. Area was fairly quiet on the land side of the property. There was a lot of boat activity to sit and watch from the fairly large deck/patio area. The pool was quiet when we went and used it. This is a property that I will definitely use again!

We had a very difficult time trying to keep the washer working as it seemed very finicky. That was frustrating because we limited our clothes knowing we could re-wash our things but the whole process of trying to do thay took a long time. There was also no broom and being in and out so much with kids, cooking food, etc, the floors were messy with no way to clean that up. Other than that, we really did love it.

We loved the place and location! Colleen was very easy to communicate with and helpful when we contacted her. The condo was clean and had many items included so we didn't have to pack so much. My kids loved being able to walk out the patio door to fish and go across the parking lot to swim in the pool. Would definitely recommend this place.

This is a nice condo, well supplied. And Colleen does a real good job interacting. I didn’t give it 5 stars because of the sqeaking from the close-by boat docks. It’s the sort of thing that wouldn’t bother most people, but it did me. There isn't a hottub

The place was great! The beds could use toppers on them to make them a little more comfortable and a little fluffier pillows. Otherwise, nice clean place.
