Outdoor couch and fire pit for relaxing in the evenings. One car garage for you to store your toys, bikes and motorcycles. Great location to hiking trails, Sioux Park, Jimmy Hilton swimming pool, Storybook Island, close to restaurants and grocery stores. Easy drive to Mount *and all the Black Hills attractions.
