Welcome to Surfside Paradise! Located in the Coral Reef community, this newly built 2BR/2BA home is perfect for a family beach getaway. Coastal decor throughout and a community pool and playground within steps of our front door.

Our home has a master bedroom with a queen pillow top bed, Roku tv, large closet and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. Room darkening curtains to help block out the light for those who wish to sleep in.

The 2nd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and an additional twin trundle pullout, all with memory foam mattresses. Pack and play is also available in the closet.

Guest bathroom is a tub/shower combo with one sink.

The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans, crockpot, serving pieces, dinnerware, cooking utensils, trays, pans, toaster blender, coffee maker and dishwasher. The refrigerator has water/ice in the door.

The dining room table sits 6 as well as 3 barstools at the counter.

The living area has a 75 inch Roku tv and sofas soft and comfy enough for an afternoon nap or a family movie night.

Full size washer and dryer with complimentary laundry detergent for a few loads of laundry.

Gated, upper balcony with oversized outdoor chairs. Perfect to have a cup of coffee and catch the sunrise.

The community pool and play area are just steps from our front door. We provide a few beach towels to use during your stay.

Guest amenities include complimentary 500GB high-speed internet, washer/dryer and parking for 3 vehicles under the house with overflow parking available.

The living area is on the second story and accessed by one flight of stairs.
